The 2013 season is the 102nd season in the history of Sport Club Corinthians Paulista.
In this season, they have competed on the Campeonato Paulista, winning it for a 27th time, [1] and in the Copa Libertadores, being eliminated at the round of 16. Won the Recopa Sudamericana after defeating São Paulo. [2] Was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the Copa do Brasil. Finished 10th in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A.
In November, Corinthians has announced it would not renew with Tite.

The 2007 season was São Paulo's 78th season of the club's existence. After being a national champions in the previous year, them team qualified to the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana. Tricolor took a place on the semifinals of Campeonato Paulista, but was eliminated by São Caetano with a rout in his home stadium in the second leg after drawing in 1–1 on away, was defeated by 4–1. In the Copa Libertadores for the fourth year's participation sequence, Tricolor was eliminated in Round of 16 losing to Grêmio in aggregated score. While played the Campeonato Brasileiro, São Paulo participated in Copa Sudamericana. With two draws against Figueirense the group advanced on away goal rule to Round 16 when eliminated the Argentine current champions of Copa Libertadores, Boca juniors, also in away goal rule, after scored one goal in La Bombonera in the loss by 2–1, Tricolor won in Morumbi with a single goal scored by Aloísio. However, in the quarterfinals was eliminated with two losses for Colombians Millonarios. Playing only the national league the club rising the fifth title in 31 October, on 34th round, behind the victory over América-RN for 3–0 in Morumbi. The team became a champions with a record of 23 wins, 8 draws, 7 losses and keeping the best defence of league, only 19 goals conceded in 38 matches.
The 2006 season was São Paulo's 77th season in the club's existence. São Paulo finished in the second position in the Campeonato Paulista, only one point behind the winners Santos. A year after winning the Copa Libertadores, São Paulo once again challenged for the cup, being defeated by Internacional in a second final between Brazilian teams in a row, having beaten Atlético Paranaense in the previous edition. São Paulo lost by 2–1 in the Morumbi and drew in 2–2 on away second leg, thus coming in second place. As the current champions of Copa Libertadores, São Paulo played the Recopa Sudamericana versus Boca Juniors and was defeated by 4–3 on aggregate. Tricolor won the Campeonato Brasileiro fifteen years after their last title, in 1991 and became national champions for the fourth time, securing the title in 36th matchweek against Atlético Paranaense in the Morumbi with a 1–1 draw.

The 2002 season was São Paulo's 73rd season since club's existence. The club became a runners-up of Torneio Rio – São Paulo losing the final to rival Corinthians. Exceptionally this year the main clubs from state like Santos, Corinthians and Palmeiras along São Paulo did not participated of Campeonato Paulista to not overload the number of games in calendar, with two tournaments being disputed at same time, Torneio Rio – São Paulo and Campeonato Paulista, then was created only this year the Supercampeonato paulista played by Corinthians, São Paulo, Palmeiras and Ituano. Tricolor won the title against Ituano, 2-2 (away); 4-1 (home). At Copa do Brasil was defeated again by Corinthians, this time in semifinal. The 2013 season marked São Paulo's 84th year since the club's existence. Playing in the Campeonato Paulista, the club reached the semi-finals, before being eliminated in a penalty shoot-out after a 0-0 (3-4) against Corinthians. São Paulo participated in the continental tournament, Copa Libertadores, returning to the most important South American competition following a two-year absence, in a spot by the title of Copa Sudamericana won in the previous year and by the qualifying group of national league with a 4th position reached in the end of competition. Due to the continental title of Copa Sudamericana, the team was enabled to dispute of Recopa Sudamericana and Suruga Bank Championship. In the first opportunity of title by the Recopa Sudamericana the Tricolor was defeated by rival with a two-legs lost. Before long the club went to Japan to compete the Suruga Bank Championship and over again was defeated by opponent in a single match result: 2–3. In participation of Copa Libertadores the team advanced the first and second stages but was eliminated on the round of 16 by the club which would be champion that year, Atlético Mineiro, with two negative results. In the second half of the year, São Paulo had hard times with an historical winless sequence of 14 matches being only closed in a friendly match against Benfica just after 2 months and hand an official victory against Fluminense 2 weeks later by the Campeonato Brasileiro. Due to the negative campaign Tricolor remained on the relegated group for 11 rounds achieving the 9th position on the end of season by recovery at the second half of championship after the return of notable coach Muricy Ramalho who trained São Paulo in two previous opportunities reaching 4 titles including an historical sequence of 3 titles in national league. After Muricy Ramalho's arrival the team improved the average of points earned, reaching the fourth position in second half of league. In the end of season São Paulo play the Copa Sudamericana by defend of the title won in the previous edition, however the team was defeated in semi-finals by another paulista club Ponte Preta with.

The 2019 season was Santos Futebol Clube's 107th season in existence and the club's sixty consecutive season in the top flight of Brazilian football. As well as the Campeonato Brasileiro, the club competes in the Copa do Brasil, the Campeonato Paulista and also in Copa Sudamericana.
The 2019 season was São Paulo's 90th year since the club's existence. Celebrating 9 decades of history, The Dearest has taken a place at a Campeonato Paulista finals after 16 years of tries, against the same rival of 2003 finals, Corinthians, but for the Tricolor Paulista a bad result happened again. São Paulo FC fatally fell in front of Corinthians in the last minute of second half in second match, by a result of 1–2 (Away) after 0–0 in Home. In other championships, São Paulo hadn't similar performance being prematurely eliminated in Copa do Brasil by Bahia by two losses and the painful defeat in the history of Copa Libertadores, in preliminary round by the Argentine club Talleres. Following an unsuccessful season, the only and last "hopeness" for the paulistas has turned into the national league, Série A. The Tricolor kept a regular position in the table between the 4th place and 8th place however constantly changing the head coaches. In overall were four managers, André Jardine, Vagner Mancini, Cuca and Fernando Diniz in the entire year of 2019. Finishing the performance of the season, the club has taken a place in the group stage of Copa Libertadores in 2020, keeping the dream of new international trophies in the next year.
