The 2015 Men's World Team Squash Championships is the men's edition of the 2015 World Team Squash Championships, which serves as the world team championship for squash players. Courtesy of the World Squash Federation and Egyptian Squash Association, the event was scheduled to take place in Cairo, Egypt from December 12 to December 18, 2015; [1] with short notice, it was postponed in the wake of several team withdrawals arising from security concerns and a bomb attack in the Egyptian capital that resulted in 16 fatalities. [2]

Squash (sport) racquet sport

Squash is a ball sport played by two (singles) or four players in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. The players must alternate in striking the ball with their racquet and hit the ball onto the playable surfaces of the four walls of the court.

Amir Wagih Mohamed is a professional, top squash coach and former professional squash player. He represented Egypt at six World Team Squash Championships from 1989 to 1999. During the 1999 Men's World Team Squash Championships Wagih helped Egypt win the title for the first time.

The event will take place in Chicago, United States from 23 February - 2 March 2019. It was the first World Championships to be staged under a new tour structure and has a record prize money level of $1million.
