The 2021 Birmingham Classic was a women's tennis tournament being played on outdoor grass courts. It was the 39th edition of the event, and a WTA 250 tournament on the 2021 WTA Tour. It took place at the Edgbaston Priory Club in Birmingham, United Kingdom, on 14–20 June 2021.

Bianca Andreescu was the defending champion from when the event was last held in 2019, but lost in the third round to Ons Jabeur.

This was the first edition of the event.

Paula Badosa defeated Barbora Krejčíková in the final, 6–3, 4–6, 7–6(7–4) to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2022 Sydney International. Krejčíková reached the final after having saved seven match points in her semifinal match against Anett Kontaveit.
