The 2015 Nanjing Ladies Open was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the second edition of the tournament and part of the 2015 ITF Women's Circuit, offering a total of $100,000 in prize money. It took place in Nanjing, China, on 27 October to 1 November 2015.
This was the first edition of the tournament. Liang Chen and Wang Yafan won the title, defeating Varatchaya Wongteanchai and Yang Zhaoxuan in the final 6–3, 6–4.

Hsieh Su-wei and Barbora Strýcová were the defending champions and successfully defended their title, defeating Barbora Krejčíková and Zheng Saisai in the final, 7–5, 3–6, [10–5].
