The 2019 Liga 3 Pre-national Route was played from 5 October to 5 December 2019. A total of 15 teams competed in the pre-national route to decide six of the 32 places in the national round of the 2019 Liga 3. [1]

The following 15 teams entered the pre-national round: [2] [1]

There should be six teams relegated from 2018 Liga 2 that competed in this route, but Persiwa disqualified by PSSI. [2] And also supposedly AS Abadi competed as one of 10 teams that qualified for the second round last season. But they replaced by Tiga Naga. [2] Later, Lampung Sakti and PSIR withdrew from the competition. [3] [4] In October, Solok merged with Equator Luak 50 Kota into SEL 50 Kota and relocated from Solok to Lima Puluh Kota. [5]

Format

In this route, 15 teams divided into three groups. Each group is playing a home-and-away round-robin basis. The winners and runner-ups from each group advanced to national round of 2019 Liga 3. [2]

Solok Equator Luak 50 Kota Football Club or SEL 50 Kota FC is an Indonesian football club based in 50 Kota, West Sumatra. They currently compete in the Liga 3 and their homebase is Singo Harau Stadium. They formed after the Liga 3 club from Solok, Solok FC, merging with local club from 50 Kota, Equator Luak 50 Kota.

The 2019 Liga 3 Regional Round was played from 18 November to 5 December 2019. A total of 81 teams competed in the regional round to decide 26 of the 32 places in the national round of the 2019 Liga 3.

KS Tiga Naga Indonesian football club

Klub Sepakbola Tiga Naga is an Indonesian football club based in Kampar Regency, Riau. Their homebase is Tuanku Tambusai Stadium.

The 2020 Liga 1, also known as Shopee Liga 1 for sponsorship reasons, was the fourth season of Liga 1 under its current name and the 11th season of the top-flight Indonesian professional league for association football clubs since its establishment in 2008. The season started on 29 February 2020 and was suspended on 16 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The season was abandoned and declared void on 20 January 2021.
