Agam Regency is a regency of West Sumatra, Indonesia. It has an area of 2,226.27 km2 and had a population of 454,853 at the 2010 census and 529,138 at the 2020 census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 530,123. The regency seat is the town of Lubuk Basung. Bukittinggi city is surrounded by this regency but is not administratively included in it.
Sijunjung Regency, formerly known as Sawahlunto Sijunjung, is an inland regency (kabupaten) in West Sumatra, Indonesia. The Regency covers an area of 3,150.58 km2, and it had a population of 201,823 at the 2010 census and 235,045 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as of mid-2023 was 243,709 - comprising 123,380 males and 120,330 females. The regency seat is the town of Muaro Sijunjung. The regency was created from the former Sawahlunto Regency, after the districts comprising Sawahlunto town became a city, administratively separated from the regency, which was then renamed.
Ende Regency is a regency on the island of Flores, within East Nusa Tenggara Province of Indonesia. The capital is the town of Ende, on the south coast of the Regency. The regency covers an area of 2,085.19 km2, and it had a population of 260,605 at the 2010 Census and 270,763 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 278,581. It is bordered to the west by Nagekeo Regency and to the east by Sikka Regency, while the Flores Sea lies to the north and the Savu Sea to the south.

The regency has an area of 1,337.1 km2 and had a population of 338,484 at the 2010 Census, which rose to 371,704 at the 2020 Census. The official estimate as of mid-2023 was 383,676 - comprising 193,190 males and 190,490 females. The regency seat is the town of Batusangkar. The city of Padang Panjang is also geographically located within the regency but constitutes a municipality of its own.
Sampang Regency is a regency of East Java province, Indonesia. It is situated on Madura Island, bordering on Pamekasan Regency to the east, the Java Sea to the north, Bangkalan Regency to the west, and Madura Strait to the south. It covers an area of 1,228.25 km2, and had a population of at the 2010 census 877,772 and at the 2020 census 969,694; the official estimate as of mid-2023 was 988,360 - comprising 488,900 males and 499,460 females. The administrative centre is the port of Sampang, on the south coast of Madura.
Cianjur Regency is a regency (kabupaten) of West Java, Indonesia. The area of the regency is 3,614.35 km2 and its population at the 2010 Census was 2,171,281; the 2020 Census produced a total of 2,477,560 and the official estimate published by the regency government as at mid 2023 was 2,535,002. The district of Cianjur is its seat. Northern parts of the regency form a valley, and are far more densely populated than southern regions. As such, a portion of the northern valley was briefly included in a definition of Greater Jakarta called Jabodetabekjur.

It covers an area of 2,961.13 km2 and had a population of 191,422 at the 2010 Census and 228,591 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 239,918 - comprising 121,700 males and 118,220 females. The administrative centre is the town of Pulau Punjung. In the past, this regency was the location of an independent Kingdom of Dharmasraya, which came to power in the 11th century.

It has an area of 1,343.58 km2, and it had a population of 390,204 at the 2010 census and 430,626 at the 2020 census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 451,388 - comprising 226,435 males and 224,953 females. The regency seat is at the town of Parit Malintang. West Sumatra's capital and biggest city, Padang, is surrounded on the landward side by this regency, which includes suburbs of the city.

The regency seat is at the town of Painan, in IV Jurai District.
South Solok Regency is a landlocked regency (kabupaten) of West Sumatra province, Indonesia. It covers an area of 3,282.14 km2, and had a population of 144,281 at the 2010 Census and 182,027 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 191,540 - comprising 97,420 males and 94,120 females. The seat of the administration is the town of Padang Aro.
Kerinci is a regency (kabupaten) in Jambi province, on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. The regency has an area of 3,448.9 km2 (1,331.6 sq mi). Kerinci Regency had a population of 229,495 at the 2010 Census and 250,259 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 255,120. The regency largely surrounds the city of Sungai Penuh, which until its separation on 24 June 2008 was part of the regency but is now independent of it. The regency seat is at the town of Siulak. Kerinci is located 50 km (31 mi) from Jambi City, the capital of Jambi Province. Much of the landmass of the Kerinci regency is within the boundaries of the Kerinci Seblat National Park
Central Aceh Regency is a regency in Aceh Special Region of Indonesia. It is located on Sumatra island. Formerly this regency covered a much larger area; on 4 June 1974, the Southeast Aceh Regency was separated from the Central Aceh Regency, and on 18 December 2003 the Bener Meriah Regency was separated from the remaining Central Aceh Regency.
North Bengkulu is a regency of Bengkulu Province, Indonesia, on the island of Sumatra. It originally covered much of the northern part of Bengkulu Province, but on 25 February 2003 the most northwesterly districts were split off to form a separate Mukomuko Regency, and on 24 June 2008 the most southeastern districts were likewise split off to create a new Central Bengkulu Regency.
Jayapura Regency is one of the regencies (kabupaten) in Papua Province of Indonesia. It is situated to the west of but does not include the city of Jayapura. Previously covering most of the north-east portion of Papua province, it was reduced substantially in extent from 12 November 2002, when the eastern districts were split off to form a new Keerom Regency and the western districts were split off to form a new Sarmi Regency. It now covers an area of 17,516.6 km2 (but see Note (h) under table below), and had a population of 111,943 at the 2010 Census and 166,171 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 171,670. The administrative centre is the town of Sentani, which had 24,482 inhabitants in mid 2022 in the 20.562 of its town (kelurahan) area.
East Luwu Regency is the most easterly of the twenty-one regencies in South Sulawesi Province of Indonesia. The regency was created on 25 February 2003 by separation of the eastern districts from North Luwu Regency. It covers a land area of 6,747.93 km2. The administrative capital of the regency is the coastal town of Malili on the Bay of Usu, itself an inlet in the northeast corner of the Gulf of Bone; the town, with its port of Balantang, is the shipping port for one of the world's major nickel-producing plants. The population of the Regency was 243,069 at the 2010 Census and 296,741 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 313,404.
East Tanjung Jabung Regency is a regency of Jambi Province, Indonesia. It is located on the island of Sumatra. The regency was created on 4 October 1999 by the division of the then Tanjung Jabung Regency into eastern and western halves. It now has an area of 5,087.07 km2 and had a population of 205,272 at the 2010 census and 229,813 at the 2020 census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 236,727. The regency's administrative capital lies at the town of Muara Sabak, a riverine port near the mouth of the Berbak River.
Central Lampung Regency is a regency of the province of Lampung, on Sumatra, Indonesia. On 20 April 1999, two areas were separated from the original regency - the southeastern portion was split off to form a separate East Lampung Regency, while the town of Metro was created as an independent city. The reduced regency has an area of 4,559.57 km2 and had a population of 1,170,048 people at the 2010 census and 1,460,045 at the 2020 census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 1,508,331. The regency seat is the town of Gunung Sugih.
West Tulang Bawang Regency is a regency (kabupaten) of Lampung Province, Sumatra, Indonesia. It was created on 29 October 2008 from what were formerly the western districts of Tulang Bawang Regency. It has an area of 1,201.15 km2 and had a population of 250,707 people at the 2010 Census and 286,162 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 295,481. The regency seat is the town of Panaragan Jaya.
