The Bulldogs finished the 2019 season with a 46–17 record, compiling a 21–9 mark in the SEC. They lost in the Athens Regional during the 2019 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.

The Georgia Bulldogs are the intercollegiate athletic teams that represent the University of Georgia. The Bulldogs compete in NCAA Division I and are members of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). The official mascot is an English Bulldog named Uga,, while the costumed character version of Uga is Hairy Dawg. Most of the school's athletic teams are known as the Bulldogs, with the exception of the women's basketball team, known as the "Lady Bulldogs", and the women's gymnastics team, known as the "GymDogs".
John Cohen is the 16th athletic director for the Auburn University Tigers. He is former head baseball coach of Mississippi State University, where he also served as the athletic director from 2016 to 2022.
Timothy Carter Corbin is the head baseball coach of the Vanderbilt Commodores baseball team. Since becoming coach at Vanderbilt in 2003, Corbin has transformed the Commodores from a perennial Southeastern Conference doormat to an elite program. When he arrived in 2003, Vanderbilt had only had six winning seasons in SEC play since baseball became a scholarship sport in 1968, and had only been to three NCAA tournaments in school history. Since then, they have been to all but one NCAA tournament since 2004.
The Mississippi State Bulldogs baseball team is the varsity intercollegiate baseball team representing Mississippi State University in NCAA Division I college baseball. The program is a member of the West Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). The current head coach is Chris Lemonis. They have appeared in the College World Series 12 times, winning their first national championship in their most recent appearance in 2021.
The Campbell Fighting Camels baseball team is Campbell University's NCAA Division I baseball team. The team plays its home games on campus at Jim Perry Stadium, named for former Campbell Baseball and Basketball player Jim Perry. Prior to 2012, the venue was known as Taylor Field. The team currently competes as members of the Big South Conference. The Fighting Camels competed in the Big South until 1994 when they joined the Atlantic Sun Conference. They returned to the Big South in 2011. Notable alumni include Jim Perry, Ryan Thompson, Cedric Mullins, and Zach Neto.
The Kennesaw State Owls baseball team represents Kennesaw State University, which is located in Kennesaw, Georgia. The Owls are an NCAA Division I college baseball program that competes in Conference USA. They began competing in Division I in 2006, joining Conference USA in 2024.
The Bryant Bulldogs baseball team is the NCAA division 1 varsity intercollegiate baseball team of Bryant University, located in Smithfield, Rhode Island. The program participates a member of the America East Conference. The Bulldogs previously participated as members of the Northeast Conference. It plays at Conaty Park on the northern edge of Bryant's campus. Ryan Klosterman has been the program's head coach since the 2020 season.
