The 2020 New York Open was a men's tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the third edition of the New York Open, and part of the ATP Tour 250 series of the 2020 ATP Tour. It took place in Uniondale, New York, United States, at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum from February 10 through 16, 2020.

Radu Albot was the defending champion, but lost in the first round to Jack Sock.

Hubert Hurkacz defeated Jannik Sinner in the final, 7–6(7–4), 6–4 to win the 2021 Miami Open men's singles tennis title. Hurkacz claimed his first Masters 1000 singles championship and became the first Polish man to win a Masters 1000 singles event.
