This article lists the squads for the 2021 COSAFA Women's Championship, the 9th edition of the COSAFA Women's Championship. The tournament is a women's international football tournament for national teams organised by COSAFA, teams from Southern Africa, and was held in Nelson Mandela Bay from 28 September to 9 October 2021. In the tournament were involved twelve national teams: nine teams from COSAFA and three teams from CECAFA, who were invited as guests. Each national team registered a squad of 20 players.
The age listed for each player is on 28 September 2021, the first day of the tournament. The numbers of caps and goals listed for each player do not include any matches played after the start of tournament. The club listed is the club for which the player last played a competitive match prior to the tournament. The nationality for each club reflects the national association (not the league) to which the club is affiliated. A flag is included for coaches that are of a different nationality than their own national team.

The eight national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of 20 players, including two goalkeepers. Only players in these squads were eligible to take part in the tournament.
The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations was an international football tournament that was held in Cameroon from 9 January to 6 February 2022. The 24 national teams involved in the tournament were allowed to register a squad of up to 28 players, including a minimum of three goalkeepers, to allow teams to deal with any COVID-19 cases. Only players in these squads were eligible to take part in the tournament.

This article lists the squads for the 2022 Women's Africa Cup of Nations, the 14th edition of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations, a biennial women's international football tournament for national teams in Africa, organised by the Confederation of African Football and held in Morocco from 2 to 23 July 2022. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Africa, each national team registered a squad of 26 players.
Each team must submit a final squad of 23 players for 2022 CONCACAF W Championship, three of whom must be goalkeepers, at least ten days before the opening match of the tournament. If a player becomes injured or ill severely enough to prevent their participation in the tournament before their team's first match, or following the completion of the group stage, they can be replaced by another player from the preliminary list. On 8 June, all the teams submitted their preliminary roster. The final rosters were announced on 29 June 2022.
