After the conclusion of the competition, the teams and individuals were selected to represent Russian Olympic Committee athletes at the 2020 Summer Olympics. For the men: Nikita Nagornyy, David Belyavskiy, Aleksandr Kartsev, and Artur Dalaloyan were named to the four person team with Vladislav Poliashov and Denis Ablyazin selected to compete as individuals. For the women: Angelina Melnikova, Viktoria Listunova, and Vladislava Urazova were named to the four person team with the fourth spot going to either Elena Gerasimova or Lilia Akhaimova. The athlete not chosen for the team went as an individual along with Anastasia Ilyankova. [4] [5] Prior to the Olympics, Ablyazin was put on the men's team and Kartsev competed as an individual and Akhaimova was selected to compete on the team while Gerasimova competed as an individual.

Tatiana Olegovna Nabieva is a Russian artistic gymnast who has won four World Championship medals. She is known for the F-rated uneven bars skill named after her.
Maria Valeryevna Paseka is a Russian artistic gymnast and member of the Russia women's national gymnastics team. During her decade-long career, she has primarily been successful as a vault specialist. On this apparatus, she is a two-time Olympic medalist, a two-time world champion, a two-time European champion, the 2015 Universiade champion, and a two-time Russian national champion. As a member of the Russian teams at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics, Paseka won two silver medals in the team competition.
Angelina Romanovna Melnikova is a Russian artistic gymnast. With eleven Olympic and World medals, she is the joint third-most decorated Russian gymnast of all time. At the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, she led the Russian Olympic Committee to gold in the team competition. She previously represented Russia at the 2016 Summer Olympics, winning a silver medal in the team competition. She was also a member of the gold medal-winning Russian teams at the 2016 and 2018 European Championships, and the silver medal-winning Russian teams at the 2018 and 2019 World Championships.
Daria Sergeyevna Nagornaya is a Russian former artistic gymnast. Primarily an uneven bars specialist, she is the 2015 World Champion, the 2015 European Champion, the 2014 World bronze medalist, and a four-time Russian national (2014–17) champion on the apparatus. She represented Russia at the 2016 Summer Olympics, winning a silver medal in the team competition. She was also a member of the gold-medal-winning team at the 2016 European Championships, the silver-medal-winning teams at the 2018 and 2019 World Championships, and the bronze-medal-winning teams at the 2014 World and 2014 European championships. She is married to Russian gymnast Nikita Nagornyy.
Angelina Alekseevna Simakova is a retired Russian artistic gymnast. She resides in Obninsk, Russia, and is coached by Irina Kolobova. She is the 2019 Russian national all-around champion and the 2018 Russian national all-around silver medalist. Internationally, she was a member of the Russian teams that won gold at the 2018 European Championships and silver at the 2018 World Championships.
Nikita Vladimirovich Nagornyy is a Russian artistic gymnast and two-time Olympian, representing Russia in 2016 and ROC in 2020. He was part of the teams who won gold at the 2020 Olympic Games and 2019 World Championships and silver at the 2016 Olympic Games and 2018 World Championships.

Artur Grachyevich Dalaloyan born 26 April 1996 is a Russian artistic gymnast who represented ROC at the 2020 Summer Olympics. He was part of the teams who won gold at the 2020 Olympic Games and 2019 World Championships and silver at the 2018 World Championships. Individually Dalaloyan is the 2018 World All-Around Champion and the 2019 World All-Around silver medalist. He is a nine-time World medalist and a five-time European champion.
Irina Nikolayevna Alexeeva or Alekseeva is a Russian artistic gymnast and a former member of the Russian National Team. She was part of the teams that won the gold medal at the 2018 European Championships and the silver medal at the 2018 World Championships.
Vladislava Sergeyevna Urazova is a Russian artistic gymnast. She represented the Russian Olympic Committee at the 2020 Summer Olympics and won the gold medal in the team event. She was a member of the team who won gold at the inaugural Junior World Championships. Individually she is the 2019 Junior World Champion and 2021 European silver medalist on the uneven bars.
Viktoria Viktorovna Listunova is a Russian artistic gymnast. She represented the Russian Olympic Committee at the 2020 Summer Olympics and won the gold medal in the team event. She was a member of the team that won gold at the inaugural Junior World Championships. Individually, she is the 2019 Junior World all-around and floor exercise champion, the 2021 European all-around champion, and the 2021, 2022, and 2023 Russian National Champion.
