The 2022Auckland Council election was a local election held from September to 8 October in the Auckland Region of New Zealand as part of that year's nation-wide local elections. Voters elected the mayor of Auckland, 20 councillors, 149 local board members (across 21 local boards), and 35 licensing trustees (across 5 licensing trusts) for the 2022–2025 term. Postal voting and the first-past-the-post voting system was used.
