The 2023 Canberra Raiders season is the 42nd in the club's history. They will compete in the National Rugby League's 2023 Telstra Premiership. The Co-captain Jarrod Croker retains his club role for the 10th consecutive season and other Co-captain Elliot Whitehead retains his co-captaincy for his 5th consecutive season. While Head Coach Ricky Stuart maintains his club position for the 10th consecutive season.

The Canberra Raiders are an Australian professional rugby league football club based in the national capital city of Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. They have competed in Australasia's elite rugby league competition, the National Rugby League (NRL) premiership since 1982. Over this period the club has won three premierships out of six Grand Finals, the last one played being the 2019 NRL Grand Final, resulting in a 14-8 controversial loss to the Sydney Roosters. Canberra currently have the second longest active premiership drought in the NRL totalling 30 years. The Raiders' current home ground is Canberra Stadium in Bruce. Previously, the team played home matches at Seiffert Oval in Queanbeyan, New South Wales, with the move to the Canberra Stadium in Bruce taking place in 1990. The 2002 NRL season was the 95th season of professional rugby league football in Australia and the fifth to be run by the National Rugby League. The season was affected by the competition-leading Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs' salary cap breach finding, which saw them relegated to the bottom of the NRL ladder. As a result, the New Zealand Warriors won their first minor premiership and made it to the grand final for the first time, playing against foundation club the Sydney Roosters who won the match and collected their first premiership in 27 years.

The 2007 NRL season was the one hundredth season of professional rugby league football club competition in Australia, and the tenth run by the National Rugby League. Sixteen teams contested the NRL's 2007 Telstra Premiership, and with the inclusion of a new team, the Gold Coast Titans, the competition was the largest run since the 1999 NRL season.

The 2006 Brisbane Broncos season was the nineteenth in the club's history. Coached by Wayne Bennett and captained by Darren Lockyer, they won the NRL's 2006 Telstra Premiership, finishing the regular season in 3rd place before going on to defeat the first-placed Melbourne Storm in the 2006 NRL Grand Final.

Ryan Hinchcliffe is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who last played for the Huddersfield Giants in the Super League, as a lock and hooker, and previously played for the Melbourne Storm in the National Rugby League (NRL).

The History of the Canberra Raiders Rugby League Football Club began with their establishment in 1982. Along with the Illawarra Steelers, they became the first clubs from outside the Sydney area in over half a century to compete in the New South Wales Rugby Football League premiership. The Raiders have competed in every season of top-level rugby league in Australia since then and have won a total of three premierships: 1989, 1990 and 1994.

The 2002 Melbourne Storm season was the 5th in the club's history. They competed in the NRL's 2002 Telstra Premiership and finished the regular season in 10th place making it their lowest finishing position until 2010, when it was sentenced to finish that season last due to gross salary cap breaches. As of 2022, it is also the most recent time that the Storm missed the finals due to not winning enough games. It was Mark Murray's final season as coach of the club.

The 2014 NRL season was the 107th season of professional rugby league in Australia and the 17th season of the National Rugby League in Australia and New Zealand. The season started in New Zealand, for the Auckland Nines, replacing the Rugby League All Stars Match for the year, in the pre-season. After 26 rounds of the regular season, the Sydney Roosters were again crowned minor premiers and the competition had been reduced to a top eight teams to contest the finals series. The grand final was won by the South Sydney Rabbitohs, ending a 43-year premiership drought, winning 30–6 against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.

The 2014 Parramatta Eels Season was the 68th in the club's history. Coached by Brad Arthur and captained by Jarryd Hayne and Tim Mannah, they competed in the NRL's 2014 Telstra Premiership. The Parramatta club finished the regular season 10th out of 16 teams, failing to make the play-offs.

The 2016 NRL season was the 109th season of professional rugby league in Australia and the 19th season run by the National Rugby League. The season started in New Zealand with the annual Auckland Nines, and was followed by the All Stars Match, which was played at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, and the World Club Series. The season concluded on October 2 with the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks winning their first ever premiership after 50 seasons, having entered the competition in 1967. The season was also noteworthy as it was the first time that all three Queensland based teams made the finals.

The 2016 Canberra Raiders season is the 35th in the club's history. Coached by Ricky Stuart and captained by Jarrod Croker, the Raiders are currently competing in the NRL's 2016 Telstra Premiership. They also competed in the 2016 NRL Auckland Nines pre-season tournament.

The 2013 Canberra Raiders season was the 32nd in the history of the Canberra Raiders. Coached by David Furner and then Andrew Dunemann, and captained by Terry Campese, the club competed in the National Rugby League's 2013 Telstra Premiership, finishing the regular season 13th and thus failing to make the finals.

The 2017 Canberra Raiders season was the 36th in the club's history. Coached by Ricky Stuart and captained by Jarrod Croker, the Raiders competed in the NRL's 2017 Telstra Premiership. They also competed in the 2017 NRL Auckland Nines pre-season tournament.

The 2018 NRL season was the 111th season of professional rugby league in Australia and the 21st season run by the National Rugby League. The main competition, known as the 2018 Telstra Premiership due to sponsorship from Telstra, featured 16 teams playing 25 weekly rounds of matches from March until September, resulting in the top eight teams playing a series of finals matches to determine which two teams reached the 2018 NRL Grand Final.

The 2018 Canberra Raiders season was the 37th in the club's history. Coached by Ricky Stuart and captained by Jarrod Croker, the Raiders completed the NRL's 2018 Telstra Premiership in 10th place and did not qualify for the finals.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2022 NRL Grand Final</span> NRL Grand Final

The 2022 NRL Grand Final was the conclusive and premiership-deciding game of the 2022 National Rugby League season in Australia. It was contested between the Penrith Panthers and the Parramatta Eels on Sunday the 2nd of October at Accor Stadium in Sydney. Penrith, who were both the defending premiers and minor premiers, won the match 28–12 to claim their fourth premiership title, and their first back-to-back premierships in the club's 56-year history. Panthers fullback Dylan Edwards was awarded the Clive Churchill Medal for being judged as the man of the match.

The 2023 Newcastle Knights season was the 36th in the club's history. Coached by Adam O'Brien and co-captained by Jayden Brailey and Kalyn Ponga, they competed in the NRL's 2023 Telstra Premiership, finishing the regular season in 5th place, thus reaching the finals. The Knights made it to the second week of finals, before being knocked out by the New Zealand Warriors.

The 2023 Sydney Roosters season is the 116th in the club's history. They will compete in the National Rugby League's 2023 Telstra Premiership. The Captain James Tedesco retains his club role for the 3rd consecutive year while Head Coach Trent Robinson maintains his position for the 11th consecutive season.

The 2023 St. George Illawarra Dragons season is the 25th in the club's history. They will compete in the National Rugby League's 2023 Telstra Premiership. The Captain Ben Hunt and Head Coach Anthony Griffin retain their club roles for the 3rd consecutive season before being sacked before round 8 of the 2023 season being replaced by Ryan Carr.

The 2024 Parramatta Eels season is the 78th season in the club's history and the 27th in the National Rugby League.
