The 2023 Conference USA Baseball Tournament was held from May 24 through May 28 at Reckling Park in Houston to determine the tournament champion of Division I Conference USA in college baseball. [2] Charlotte, the tournament champion, received the conference's automatic bid to the 2023 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The tournament has been held every year since 1996, except for 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Rice Owls has claimed seven championships, the most of any school, with the Owls latest win in 2017.
The tournament consisted the top eight teams in regular season play. The format consisted of two double-elimination brackets, with a single-elimination championship game.

The UTSA Roadrunners is a collegiate athletic program that represents the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). The UTSA Roadrunners are also commonly referred to as "UTSA", "Roadrunners", or "Runners", and are represented by the mascot Rowdy. The origin of Rowdy dates back to 1977, when the Roadrunner was chosen as the university's mascot by student election.
The Conference USA baseball tournament is the conference championship tournament in baseball for Conference USA (C-USA). The winner of the tournament receives an automatic bid to the NCAA Division I baseball tournament. The tournament format, which has changed several times, currently consists of an eight-team double-elimination tournament format, in which the winners of two four-team brackets play in a single-game final. Rice, which has won the tournament seven times, is the most successful team in the tournament's history.
The Southland Conference baseball tournament is the conference championship tournament in baseball for the Southland Conference. The winner of the tournament receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2012 Conference USA baseball tournament was held at Trustmark Park in Pearl, MS from May 23 to May 27, 2012. The tournament used the format from the previous season, with the top eight teams from the regular season divided into two four-team pods. After round robin play, the teams with the best record in each pod will met in a championship game. UAB won their first championship and claimed the Conference USA's automatic bid to the 2012 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.

The NCAA Division III baseball tournament is an annual college baseball tournament held at the culmination of the spring regular season to determine the NCAA Division III baseball champion. The tournament has been played since 1976, soon after the formation of Division III. Most of the 56 teams who qualify do so by winning an automatic bid that comes along with their conference's championship; others receive at-large bids. The initial round consists of six- and eight-team regionals held at pre-selected sites in eight regions: New England, New York, Mid-Atlantic, South, Mideast, Midwest, Central, and West. The defending champions were the North Texas Mean Green, who defended their title after defeating the Florida Atlantic Owls in the final. Rice was unable to defend their title after being defeated by Middle Tennessee in the Quarterfinals. The Old Dominion Monarchs won the title by defeating Southern Miss in the final 1–0. The conference championship was the first for the Old Dominion women's soccer program and first for head coach Angie Hind. As tournament champions, Old Dominion earned C-USA's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.

As tournament champions, UTSA earned C-USA's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.

The five-match tournament took place at Robert Mack Caruthers Field in Ruston, Louisiana. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the UTSA Roadrunners. USTA was unable to defended their title as they moved to the American Athletic Conference in 2023. The Liberty Flames won the title by defeating New Mexico State 2–1 in the final. The conference championship was the first for the Liberty women's soccer program and first for head coach Lang Wedemeyer as it was their first season in the conference. As tournament champions, Liberty earned C-USA's automatic berth into the 2023 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
The 2024 NCAA Division I baseball season, play of college baseball in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division I level, began on February 16, 2024. The season will progress through the regular season, many conference tournaments and championship series, and conclude with the 2024 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament and 2024 Men's College World Series (MCWS). The MCWS, consisting of the eight remaining teams in the NCAA Tournament and held annually in Omaha, Nebraska at Charles Schwab Field Omaha, will end in June 2024.
