The 2019 Conference USA baseball tournament was held from May 22 through 26 at MGM Park in Biloxi, Mississippi. The annual tournament determined the conference champion of the Division I Conference USA for college baseball. The tournament champion, Southern Miss, received the league's automatic bid to the 2019 NCAA Division I baseball tournament. [2] [3]

The tournament was established in 1996, Conference USA's first season of play. Rice has won the most championships, with seven. Defending champion Southern Miss has four titles, and UAB and FIU each have one. No other current members have won the event, with the Conference seeing major changes in membership in recent years.

Seeding and format

The top eight finishers from the regular season were seeded one through eight. The tournament used a double elimination format.

The Southern Miss Golden Eagles baseball team represents the University of Southern Mississippi in NCAA Division I college baseball. They participate as a member of the Sun Belt Conference. The team has been to 18 NCAA Tournaments and served as an NCAA Regional host in 2003, 2017, 2022 and NCAA Super Regional host in 2022. The Southern Miss baseball team has produced 19 All-Americans. and currently has 4 players on Major League rosters. Southern Miss has won six Conference USA Regular Season Championships and five Tournament Championships and is the only team in CUSA to participate in every conference baseball tournament since the conference's inception. The Golden Eagles rich history began in 1912 with a game against the Detroit Tigers, a contest which Southern Miss lost by a score of 24–2. Samford won their second tournament championship and earned the league's bid to the 2018 NCAA Division I baseball tournament. This was the last of 20 athletic championships held by the conference in the 2017–18 academic year.

The annual tournament determines the conference champion of the Division I Conference USA for college baseball. As tournament champion, Southern Mississippi received the league's automatic bid to the 2018 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.

The annual tournament determines the tournament champion of Division I Conference USA in college baseball. The tournament champion will then earn the conference's automatic bid to the 2021 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
