The 2024 Houston Christian Huskies softball team represented Houston Christian University during the 2024 NCAA Division I softball season. The Huskies played their home games at Husky Field and were led by thirty-third year head coach Mary-Ellen Hall. They are members of the Southland Conference. The team compiled an 23–27 overall record and a 9–15 record in conference play finishing in a tie for sixth place. The team qualified for the SLC tournament as the seventh seed. They had a 1–2 record in tournament play. They defeated McNeese 7–2 in the first game. They fell to third seeded Nicholls 4–5 in the second game. Their season ended with a loss to top seeded McNeese 6–8.

The team had a 2–2 record defeating 23rd ranked Clemson twice and losing to 14th ranked Alabama twice. Their season ended with a loss to Alabama in the regional finals round.

The 2024 Texas A&M–Commerce Lions softball team represented Texas A&M University–Commerce during the 2024 NCAA Division I softball season as members of the Southland Conference. The Lions played their home games at John Cain Family Softball Complex and were led by second year head coach Brittany Miller. They compiled a 9–45 overall record and a 2–22 in conference play finishing the season in ninth place. The Lions failed to qualify for the SLC tournament.

The 2024 Texas A&M–Corpus Christi Islanders softball team represented Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi during the 2024 NCAA Division I softball season. The Islanders played their home games at the softball facility at Chapman Field and were led by third-year head coach Kathleen Rodriguez. They are members of the Southland Conference. The team compiled a 21–22 overall record and 9–15 in conference play finishing in sixth place. They qualified for the SLC tournament as the sixth seed. Their season ended with a first round 2–7 loss to seventh seeded Houston Christian.
