The 2024 Las Vegas Bowl is a college football bowl game that is scheduled to be played on December 27, 2024, at Allegiant Stadium located in Paradise, Nevada. The 32nd annual Las Vegas Bowl game will feature USC and Texas A&M. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. PST and will air on ESPN. The bowl game will be sponsored by roofing distribution company SRS Distribution, and the game will be officially known as the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl.
The matchup of USC and Texas A&M was announced on December 8. This is the fourth meeting between the two schools and the third meeting in a bowl game, following the 1975 Liberty Bowl and 1977 Astro-Bluebonnet Bowl. [4]

The Las Vegas Bowl is an NCAA Division I FBS annual post-season college football bowl game held in the Las Vegas area. First played in 1992, the bowl was originally held at the 40,000-seat Sam Boyd Stadium in Whitney, Nevada, before moving to the 65,000-seat Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada, in 2021. The bowl is owned and operated by ESPN Events.
