The 2024 Summit League baseball tournament took place from May 25 through 28, 2024. The top four out of six teams in the conference's regular season met in the double-elimination tournament held at J. L. Johnson Stadium on the campus of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. [2] The defending champion was Oral Roberts, and they successfully defended their title with their 22nd tournament championship. The Golden Eagles earned the Summit League's automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The top four teams form the regular season will be seeded one through four based on conference winning percentage during the double round-robin regular season. The teams then play a double-elimination tournament.

The 2012 Summit League baseball tournament took place from May 24 through 26. The top four regular season finishers of the league's seven teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Oral Roberts University's J. L. Johnson Stadium. Oral Roberts won their fifteenth consecutive championship, claiming the tournament title every year but one of the sixteen seasons that they have been in the league, and will represent The Summit League in the 2012 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.

The top four regular season finishers of the league's seven teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at the City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota's Sioux Falls Stadium. Oral Roberts won their fourteenth consecutive championship, claiming the tournament title every year but one of the fifteenth seasons that they have been in the league, and represented The Summit League in the 2011 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2021 Summit League men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Summit League for the 2020–21 season. All tournament games were played at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, from March 6–9, 2021.

The 2021 Summit League women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Summit League held on November 4 and 6, 2021. The three-match tournament took place at University of Denver Soccer Stadium in Denver, Colorado. The four-team single-elimination tournament consisted of two rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Denver Pioneers were the defending champions, and were unable to defend their title losing to South Dakota State in the final. The tournament win was South Dakota State's sixth as a member of the conference, and the second for coach Brock Thompson. South Dakota State has now won two of the past three Summit League tournaments. As tournament champions, South Dakota State earned the Summit League's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.
The 2022 North Dakota State Bison baseball team represented North Dakota State University during the 2022 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Bison played their home games at Newman Outdoor Field adjacent to NDSU's campus. The team was coached by Tyler Oakes in his 1st season as head coach at NDSU. Oakes had been associated with NDSU Baseball since December 2013. The Bison claimed their first Summit League Regular season title during the season, winning every conference series played.
The Bison entered the Summit League tournament as the No. 1 overall seed. They lost to Omaha to start the tournament, then beat South Dakota State to advance to the semifinals, before falling to Omaha yet again to be eliminated from the tournament. NDSU finished the season with a 31-19 record and a 17-5 record in the Summit League, the second of which is their best for the program since entering Division I.

It initially was supposed to start on May 25, but the tournament was pushed back a day due to inclement weather in the area. The winner of the tournament, Oral Roberts, earned the Summit League's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2021 Summit League men's soccer tournament was the postseason men's soccer tournament for the Summit League held on November 11 and 13, 2021. The three-match tournament took place at MacKenzie Alumni Field in Macomb, Illinois. The four-team single-elimination tournament consisted of two rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Denver Pioneers were the defending champions after no tournament was held in 2020. Denver were champions in 2019. Denver successfully defended their title, defeating Oral Roberts in the final in a penalty shoot-out. The tournament win was Denver's seventh as a member of the conference, and the title was the fourth for head coach Jamie Franks. Denver has now won seven of the past eight Summit League tournaments. As tournament champions, Denver earned the Summit League's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.

The top six regular-season finishers of the league's eight teams met in the modified double-elimination tournament at Jackrabbit Softball Stadium on the campus of South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota. The schedule for the tournament was modified a few times due to rain in the Brookings area during the tournament, with the title games suspended and moved to Sunday, May 14. Omaha won the tournament and earned the Summit League's automatic bid to the 2023 NCAA Division I softball tournament. The defending champion, South Dakota State, made the title game of the tournament but was defeated by the Mavericks.
The 2023 Oral Roberts Golden Eagles baseball team will represent Oral Roberts University during the 2023 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Golden Eagles play their home games at J. L. Johnson Stadium as a member of the Summit League. They are led by head coach Ryan Folmar, in his eleventh season at Oral Roberts.
The 2023–24 Summit League men's basketball season started non-conference play on November 6, 2023, and began conference play on December 29, 2023. The regular season ended on March 2, 2024, and set up the 2024 Summit League men's basketball tournament from March 8 to March 12, 2024.
South Dakota State finished league play with a 12-4 record as the regular season champion. In the postseason, after winning the Summit League tournament, South Dakota State was slotted as a 15 seed in the 2024 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament. They lost to Iowa State in the first round.

The five match tournament took place at various campus sites. The six-team single elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Omaha Mavericks were the defending champions and were defeated by South Dakota State in the tournament final. South Dakota State won the tournament and earned the Summit League's automatic berth into the 2023 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament. This win was the Jackrabbits' seventh tournament title.

The Bison finished the season with a 20–30–1 overall record and a 14–12–1 record, which was good for third in the Summit League. NDSU made the Summit League tournament as the second seed, since regular season winner St. Thomas was ineligible, and played Oral Roberts in the first round. The Bison would fall to the Golden Eagles, defeat top-seeded Omaha in the first elimination game, but fell to Northern Colorado in extra innings in the second elimination game.
The 2023 Summit League men's soccer tournament was the postseason men's soccer tournament for the Summit League held on November 9 and 11, 2023. The three-match tournament took place at Case Soccer Complex in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The four-team single-elimination tournament consisted of two rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Denver Pioneers were the defending champions. Denver was unable to defended their title, falling to Kansas City in a penalty shoot-out in the First Round. Omaha would go on to defeat Kansas City in the Final 2–0 to become tournament champions. The tournament win was Omaha's second as a member of the conference, and the title was the first for head coach Donovan Dowling. As tournament champions, Omaha earned the Summit League's automatic berth into the 2023 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
The 2024 Summit League softball tournament took place from May 8–11, 2024. All six eligible teams of the league's seven met in the modified double-elimination tournament at Jackrabbit Softball Stadium on the campus of South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota. Omaha was the defending champion and repeated as the champion, earning the Summit League's automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA Division I softball tournament.
