The 2027 Bracknell Forest Borough Council election will take place on 6 May 2027 to elect all 41 members in 15 wards for Bracknell Forest Borough Council in England. The incumbent Labour minority administration will attempt to secure a second term in power for the first time in its history, while the Conservatives will attempt to regain a council it has controlled for 45 of the last 54 years. The Liberal Democrats will attempt to build on their best-ever election result in 2023, as will the Greens, who entered the council for the first time. After winning majority control in 2023, Labour lost the council to no overall control after 2 councillors left the party in October 2025 to form the Bracknell Forest Independents. [1] Although not winning a seat in 2023, Reform UK are expected to be a major player.
