Suganth of The Times of India gave a rating of 2.5 out on 5 and wrote, "The film then throws stuff like semi-evil numbers, mediums who communicate with ghosts and more scenes with Kathir [Sandy] that may or may not be bad dreams, but by then, the film stops being truly scary and turns exhausting." [5] Behindwoods gave a rating of 2.5 out on 5 and wrote, "3:33 is a watchable horror thriller for Sandy's performance and the film's constant efforts to give the audience something new." [6] Avinash Ramachandran from CinemaExpress gave it 3 stars from 5 and worte "Sandy makes a confident start with this decent thriller.” [4]
Gautham Vasudev Menon is an Indian film director, screenwriter, film producer and actor who predominantly works in Tamil film industry. He has also directed Telugu and Hindi films that were either simultaneously shot with or remakes of his own Tamil films. He has won two National Film Awards, three Nandi Awards and one Tamil Nadu State Film Award.
Nadunisi Naaygal is a 2011 Tamil-language experimental psychological thriller film written and directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon and produced by Photon Kathaas Productions and R. S. Infotainment. The film stars Veera, Sameera Reddy, and Deva, with Swapna Abraham and Ashwin in other pivotal roles. The film notably has no score, instead featuring sounds designed by Renganaath Ravee. Cinematography and editing were handled by Manoj Paramahamsa and Anthony Gonsalves, respectively. The film released on 18 February 2011, simultaneously dubbed and released in Telugu as Erra Gulabilu.
Photon Kathaas was an Indian film production company led by director Gautham Vasudev Menon. It was established in 2010 by Menon along with Venky Somasundaram and Reshma Ghatala, who worked as the co-promoters. Its name is derived from Gautham Menon's original company Photon Factory, which had previously co-produced several of Menon's films like Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu and Kaakha Kaakha, its Telugu remake Gharshana and Pachaikili Muthucharam.

The film, which has been in making since 2008, released on 18 November 2011. The film was the 50th film of Parthipan, has him in the role of a police officer, who is brainy as well as brawny. With an innovative tagline 'With the gun', 'Vithagan' has Poorna as heroine and music has been composed by Joshua Sridhar of 'Kadhal' fame. The film opened to extremely negative reviews and bombed at the box office.

The film stars Ajith Kumar, Anushka Shetty, Trisha Krishnan and Arun Vijay in the lead roles, while Anikha, Parvathy Nair, Vivek, Ashish Vidyarthi, Suman and Avinash Yelandur appear in supporting roles. It is also the final film of Menon's police trilogy after Kaakha Kaakha and Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. The film revolves around a former police officer's battle to protect his step-daughter from his arch-enemy.
Darling is a 2015 Indian Tamil-language horror comedy film directed by Sam Anton and produced by Allu Aravind and K. E. Gnanavel Raja. The film features composer G. V.
