The 1935 Prince Edward Island general election was held in the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island on 23 July 1935. The Liberal Party led by Walter Lea swept the board by winning every seat in every constituency. This was the first time that a government in the British Commonwealth would face no opposition in an elected chamber. To date, this feat has only been accomplished one other time in Canadian history, the 1987 New Brunswick election.

The General Assembly of Prince Edward Island is the unicameral legislature of the province of Prince Edward Island, Canada, consisting of the lieutenant governor and the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island. The legislature was first established in 1773.

The 41st General Assembly of Prince Edward Island was in session from March 20, 1928, to July 2, 1931. The Liberal Party led by Albert Charles Saunders formed the government. After Saunders was named a judge, Walter Lea became party leader and Premier in 1930.

The 42nd General Assembly of Prince Edward Island was in session from March 2, 1932, to June 15, 1935. The Conservative Party led by James David Stewart formed the government. William J. P. MacMillan became Premier and party leader following Stewart's death in 1933.

Walter Fitz-Alan Stewart was a farmer, fox rancher and political figure in Prince Edward Island. He represented 1st Queens in the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island from 1928 to 1931 and from 1935 to 1957 as a Liberal.

Peter Sinclair was a Liberal party member of the House of Commons of Canada. He was born in Summerfield, Prince Edward Island and became a farmer.

The 66th General Assembly of Prince Edward Island is the 66th sitting of the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island and the 40th since confederation in 1873. The membership of the assembly was determined by the 2019 Prince Edward Island general election, where the Progressive Conservative Party of Prince Edward Island led by Dennis King won a plurality of seats. With a victory in a November 2020 by-election, King's PCs became a majority government.
