A2 Ethniki Women's Volleyball is the 2nd-tier of championship of women's volleyball in Greece. Since current year, the championship is held in four subgroups of teams. [1] The winners of each subgroups take part in play off games. The winners of play off team take part in final four and three best teams promote to A1 Ethniki. In current season the winners are AOF Porfyras, Iraklis Kifissias and APS Corinthos. [2] From 2017 to 2018 season established a second level in A2 category named as Women's Pre League. [3] [4]

Olympiacós Sýndesmos Filáthlon Peiraiós is a major multi-sport club based in Piraeus, Greece. Olympiacos is parent to a number of different competitive departments which participate in football, basketball, volleyball, water polo, handball, athletics, swimming, table tennis and boxing amongst many others—and have won numerous European and domestic titles over the club's history.
The Gymnastics Club «Ergotelis» Heraklion Crete, commonly known simply as Ergotelis, is a Greek professional football club, department of the multi-sport club Gymnastics Club Ergotelis, which is based in Heraklion, Crete. It is the club's oldest and most successful department, officially established in 1929 and named after the famous ancient Cretan expatriate Olympic runner Ergoteles of Himera. The club currently competes in the Super League 2, the second tier of the Greek football league system, and hosts its home games at the Pankritio Stadium, the city's largest and most modern sports venue.

Panachaiki Volleyball Club is the volleyball department of Panachaiki, a multi-sport club based in Patras. It was founded in 1928. Its home is the Panachaiki Indoor Hall. In the 2013-14 season the team played in the A1 Ethniki for the first time.
Elliniko-Sourmena B.C. is a Greek basketball club, based in Elliniko, a suburb in the south of Athens. The club was founded in 2012 after merging the older local basketball clubs, Elliniko B.C. and Sourmena B.C. The colours of the club are the blue and white and the emblem is a torch. The most successful team of the club is the women team which dominated for two seasons in women's Greek basketball and won two Greek championships and two cups.
AEK Women's Volleyball Club is the women volleyball section of the major Greek multi-sport club of AEK. It was founded in 1995 and has won one Greek Championship (2011–12) and one Greek Super Cup (2011–12).
AOF Porfyras is a Greek multisport club based in Freattyda, Piraeus. It was founded in 1957 and has got sections in football, basketball and volleyball. The most successful team of the club is the volleyball women's team that plays in A1 Ethniki.
A2 Ethniki Volleyball or Greek A2 Volleyball League is the third-tier of the Greek volleyball championship system in Greece. It used to be the second-tier until the founding of the Pre-league tier replacing A2 as the second tier making A2 the third one, since 2019. It was founded in 1988. The winner teams promoted to A1 Ethniki Volleyball. The championship is held in three groups of teams. The winner of each group plays in a play-off championship and the two best teams of play-off promoted to A1 Ethniki. The recent season, the winners are AEK Athens and AE Komotinis
Proteas Voulas is a Greek basketball club based in Voula, Attica. It was founded in 1980. Proteas has both men's and women's team which play in Greek national divisions. The women's team plays in A1 Ethniki Women (first-tier) and the men's team plays in Greek C Basketball League (fourth-tier). The team's colours are blue and red and the home stadium of the club is the Voulas Indoor Hall.
Panionios Women's Basketball is the women's basketball department of Panionios GSS, the Greek multi-sport club based in Nea Smyrni. The first basketball department of the club was founded in 1919 and was one of the first in Greece. The women's department in turn was established in the post-war period. Its last reconstitution took place in the late 1990s. The club plays in A2 Ethniki but recently it has played in A1 Ethniki. They have won one Greek Championship, in 2007.
A2 National Women's Basketball, also known as A2 Ethniki Women's Basketball is the 2nd-tier level women's basketball league in Greece. It is organized by the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.). Each season, the top two placed teams of the league are promoted to the top-tier level Greek women's division.
Panellinios V.C. is the men's volleyball section of Panellinios G.S., the Greek multi-sports club, that is based in Athens. It was one of the first volleyball clubs in Greece, and is also one of the most successful, since it has won six Greek Championships. Panellinios also has a women's team that has won two Greek Women's Championships, and one Greek Women's Cup.
Natalia Chatzigiannidou is a Greek footballer who plays for Rethymniaki Enosi Athliton and the Greece women's national football team, where she is also the captain.

Dimitra Giakoumi is a female professional volleyball player from Greece, who has been a member of the Greece women's national volleyball team. At club level, she played for Greek powerhouse Olympiacos Piraeus from 2010 to 2013, winning 1 Greek Championship and 3 Greek Cups. As Olympiacos captain, she led the club to the first Greek Championship in its history in 2012–13 season, being voted Greek Championship 2012–13 MVP in the process.
P.A.O.K. Women's Volleyball Club or PAOK Women's Volley, is a Greek volleyball club based in Thessaloniki and part of the major multi-sport club PAOK. The department was founded in 1985 and refounded in 2010.
The 2022–23 season is the 98th season in existence of Olympiacos and the club's 64th consecutive season in the top flight of Greek football. In addition to the Greek Super League, Olympiacos are participating in this season's Greek Cup, UEFA Champions League. The season covers the period from June 2022 to late May 2023.
