Q1 Tower is a 322.5-metre (1,058 ft) supertall skyscraper in Queensland, Australia. The residential tower on the Gold Coast was the world's tallest residential building from 2005 to 2011. As of 2023, it is the tallest building in Australia, the second tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere, and the third-tallest free-standing structure in the Southern Hemisphere, behind the Autograph Tower in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the Sky Tower in Auckland, New Zealand. The Q1 officially opened in November 2005.

The Quay Quarter Tower is a skyscraper located at 50 Bridge Street, Sydney, Australia. Built as the AMP Centre in 1976, the structure underwent a redevelopment from 2018 to 2021 which increased its height, incorporated additional floorspace, and modernised the tower's entire form and design. The building re-opened as the Quay Quarter Tower in early 2022 and currently stands at a height of 216 metres (709 ft) with 54 floors.

It houses offices of AT&T, Nuveen Investments, Field Nation, Fallon Worldwide, Syncada, the Norwegian Honorary Consulate General, DeWitt Mackall Crounse & Moore, Brown & Brown, Inc and other tenants. FICO had its headquarters in the building from 2004 until 2013. It is the 14th-tallest building in the city. A skyway connects the building to both 121 South Eighth and International Centre. The Foshay Tower is across the street to the north. The main floor lobby is shared with the Oracle Centre. The first and second floors contain restaurants and numerous small shops. On April 4, 2023, it was announced that AT&T will be moving out of the building and relinquishing its naming rights.

56 Pitt Street is a proposed skyscraper development in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Currently in planning phases, if completed, the building would be the first of its kind in Sydney to exceed a height of 300 metres. It was first announced in November 2019. Proposed by property developer and investment company Dexus, it will be located in the northern end of Sydney's CBD and should the project go ahead, it will become the tallest building in Sydney at an estimated height of approximately 314 metres (1,020 ft). However, with government incentives, current revised height restrictions and speculative proposals, it has the potential to reach a further height of approximately 330 metres (1,083 ft), which could possibly make it the future tallest building in Australia should such proposals proceed.
