Achrysonini is a tribe of Long-Horned Beetles in the beetle family Cerambycidae. There are more than 20 genera and 50 described species in Achrysonini. They are found mainly in the Americas, but also in Europe, Asia, and Africa. [1] [2] [3]
These 21 genera belong to the tribe Achrysonini:
Lamiinae, commonly called flat-faced longhorns, are a subfamily of the longhorn beetle family (Cerambycidae). The subfamily includes over 750 genera, rivaled in diversity within the family only by the subfamily Cerambycinae.
Cerambycinae is a subfamily of the longhorn beetle family (Cerambycidae). The subfamily has a world-wide distribution including: Asia, Europe and the Americas. Within the family, the only subfamily of comparable diversity is the Lamiinae.
Dorcasominae is a subfamily in the longhorn beetle family Cerambycidae. There are about 14 genera and more than 30 described species in Dorcasominae, found mainly in Asia and Africa. These genera are sometimes considered members of the tribe Dorcasomini, which would be the only tribe of this subfamily. This classification is in accordance with the TITAN Cerambycidae database, Catalogue of Life, and Photographic Catalog of the Cerambycidae of the Old World. It is similar to that of Bouchard et al. in "Family-group names in Coleoptera", 2011.
Cerambycini is a tribe of longhorn beetles classified under the subfamily Cerambycinae.
Bimiini is a tribe of beetles in the subfamily Cerambycinae, containing the following genera and species:
Bothriospilini is a tribe of beetles in the subfamily Cerambycinae, containing 11 genera which have a primarily neotropical distribution. The tribe was proposed in 1950 by Brazilian entomologist Frederico Lane as a member of the new subfamily Bothriospilinae, and with Bothriospila assigned as the type genus. The tribe is morphologically close to the tribe Torneutini, with which it has in common the same shape of the last abdominal segment, which is wide and largely braided in the female, as well as the anterior thigh cavities that are open from behind and the laterally open medial cavity.
Scapanopygus cinereus is a species of beetle in the family Cerambycidae, the only species in the genus Scapanopygus. Both the genus and species were described in 1913 by French entomologist Pierre-Émile Gounelle. The type specimen was collected from Averías, a municipality in Argentina, on the banks of the Salado River.
Callichromatini is a tribe of beetles in the subfamily Cerambycinae, which includes the following genera:
Callidiopini is a tribe of longhorn beetles in the subfamily Cerambycinae.
Juiaparus is a genus of Long-Horned Beetles in the beetle family Cerambycidae. There are about five described species in Juiaparus.
Compsocerini is a tribe of beetles in the subfamily Cerambycinae, containing the following genera:
Ecoporanga is a genus of typical longhorn beetles in the family Cerambycidae. There are at least three described species in Ecoporanga, found in South America.
Eburiini is a tribe of beetles in the subfamily Cerambycinae, synonymous with the tribe Heteropsini Lacordaire, 1868, containing the following genera:
Elaphidiini is a tribe of beetles in the subfamily Cerambycinae, historically also often spelled "Elaphidionini".
Heteropsini is a tribe of beetles in the subfamily Cerambycinae, synonymous with the tribe Eburiini Blanchard, 1845, containing the following genera:
Neocorini is a tribe of typical longhorn beetles in the family Cerambycidae. There are about 7 genera and more than 20 described species in Neocorini.
Trachyderini is a tribe of long-horned beetles in the family Cerambycidae. There are at least 140 genera and 650 described species in Trachyderini.
Desmiphorini is a tribe of longhorn beetles of the subfamily Lamiinae.
Dychophyiini is a tribe of beetles in the subfamily Cerambycinae, containing the following genera:
Aquinillum is a genus in the family of Cerambycidae and tribe of Achrysonini. It contains a single species, Aquinillum pallidum, found on Fiji and Samoa.
