Act III: This City Made Us is the third album by indie rock band The Protomen, and the follow-up to the band's Act II: The Father of Death. The album also revisits the Mega Man -inspired rock opera concept from the band's first two albums.
On October 3, 2025, the album's first two tracks, cover art, and full title were revealed (previously, the band had referred to the album simply as Act III). The album was released via Bandcamp with the band aiming to release "a couple of tracks" each week for the next two months, with the complete release listed as January 9, 2026. [1]
As with the previous two albums, there is a plot to the album that is told via both the album and the liner notes that come with physical releases. Neither the album or liner notes have been fully released yet.
All tracks written and composed by The Protomen. [2]
