Adriana Yanca Rodrigues Alves is a Brazilian fashion model and beauty pageant titleholder. [1] She has competed in Miss Brazil CNB 2021 and Miss Supranational Brazil 2022, [2] [3] and the winner of Miss Grand Brazil 2023. [4] Adriana represented Brazil in Miss Grand International 2023 but received a non-placement. [5]
Adriana previously participated in the Miss Brazil CNB 2021 pageant representing Costa Branca, [2] and was placed among the top 25 finalists. [1] After that, she participated in the Miss Supranational Brazil 2022 pageant and was named the 4th runner-up. [3]
Later in 2023, She returned to compete again at Miss Grand Brazil 2023. She is the representative of Zona da Mata Mineira and was later elected Miss Grand Brazil 2023 in June, succeeding the current MGI, Isabella Menin, in Brazil, and edging out other 27 candidates. [6] [7]
Miss Brazil World is a beauty contest held annually which aims to choose the best candidate to represent their country with honor in the traditional international Miss World contest. The Brazilian representatives began to be sent from the year 1958, with girl from Pernambuco Sônia Maria Campos. Since 2006 who manages the sending of representatives to the international event is the team led by Henrique Fontes. The country has so far only an international crown, obtained with the medicine studant Lúcia Petterle in 1971.

Each state, the Federal District and various Insular Islands competed for the title. Sancler Frantz of Ilha dos Lobos crowned her successor, Julia Gama of Rio Grande do Sul at the end. Gama represented Brazil at Miss World 2014. The contest was held at the Costão do Santinho Resort in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
Miss Brazil CNB 2021 was the 31st edition of the Miss Brazil CNB pageant and the 6th under CNB Miss Brazil. The contest took place on August 19, 2021. Each state, the Federal District and various Insular Regions & Cities competed for the title. Elís Miele Coelho of Espírito Santo crowned her successor, Caroline Teixeira of Distrito Federal at the end of the contest. Teixeira will represent Brazil at Miss World 2021. The contest was held at the Brasília Palace Hotel in Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil. This year's contest was originally supposed to take place in 2020 but was delayed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The contest was held at the Hotel do Bosque in Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, the State Director of Miss Rondônia is Eletícia Dias. Twelve contestants, chosen to participate directly through the national casting held by the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Costa Rica, competed for the title, of whom a 28-year-old model from Guanacaste, Brenda Muñoz, was named the winner. She then represented Costa Rica in the Miss Grand International 2022 pageant held on October 25 in Indonesia, but got a non-placement.
