Miss Universe is an annual international major beauty pageant that is run by a United States- and Thailand-based Miss Universe Organization. Along with Miss World, Miss International, and Miss Earth, Miss Universe is one of the Big Four international beauty pageants.

From 2014 to 2018, the pageant was held in parallel with the Miss Grand Albania competition as Miss Grand Albania & Kosovo, but after Aleks Tanushi of Aleks Fashion Events (A.F.E.) took over the Albanian franchise in 2018, it was instead organized as a stand-alone pageant from 2019–2021.
Miss World 2024 will be the 71st edition of the Miss World pageant, scheduled to be held in India International Convention and Expo Centre, New Delhi, India on 2 March 2024. This is the second time that the country hosted the pageant. Karolina Bielawska of Poland will crown her successor at the end of the event.
Endi Demneri is an Albanian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Albania 2023. The finale of the national pageant was held on 1 June 2023 at The Palace of Congresses, Bulevardi Deshmoret Kombit in Tirana. She triumphed over 23 other contenders. The event was televised live on VisionPlus TV and was available for free international streaming at the URLs Vizionplus.
