Al Cielo EP is the second EP by the American heavy metal band Black Tide. It features re-recorded versions of three songs from Post Mortem with Spanish vocals. On the two latter songs, the names are changed to be in Spanish. "Let it Out" and "Into the Sky" are titled "Dejalo Salir" and "Al Cielo" respectively.

"Groovy Times" is a song by the Clash, featured on their The Cost of Living EP, and released as a promotional single in 1979 in Australia by Epic Records, and also included with initial pressings of the US release of the band's debut album. It was originally recorded as "Groovy Times Are Here Again" during the recording sessions for Give 'Em Enough Rope, however this demo has never been officially released, but can be found on many Clash bootlegs. It was never performed live.

Black Tide was an American heavy metal band from Kendall, Florida. Formed in 2004, the band last consisted of Gabriel Garcia, Austin Diaz and Cody Paige (drums). They released their debut album, Light from Above, on March 18, 2008 through Interscope Records when Garcia was 15 years old. Their second album, Post Mortem, was released on August 23, 2011. Black Tide's EP Bite the Bullet was released on November 12, 2013 by InnerCat Music Group, a Miami-based boutique label. On October 16, 2015 band released their last album Chasing Shadows. On July 22, 2016 Garcia announced on his Instagram that the band is over and he is concentrating on his solo project.

Christian Martucci is an Italian American guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, and audio engineer. He is a dual citizen of Italy and the United States. He is the lead guitar player for the American hard rock band Stone Sour, Corey Taylor, and former member of Black Star Riders. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was a founding member of Thousand Watt Stare, Black President, the Strychnine Babies and the Chelsea Smiles. Martucci was Dee Dee Ramone's guitarist from late 1999 to 2002 and appeared as "Chris the Creep" in Ramones's last book, Legend of a Rock Star, A Memoir: The Last Testament of Dee Dee Ramone. In 2014, he became the permanent replacement for Stone Sour's guitarist Jim Root. On 17 September 2018, it was announced he would replace Damon Johnson as lead guitarist in Black Star Riders from January 1, 2019.

Road Warrior is a limited 7" vinyl released by Black Tide in 2008. It features a live recording of the song "Warriors of Time" from their debut album Light from Above on the B-side and a cover of Iron Maiden's "Prowler". "Prowler" was originally released on the Kerrang! compilation Maiden Heaven Iron Maiden tribute CD as well as the band's CD single for the song "Shout". The cover is a scene from the music video for "Shockwave". It was the last release to feature rhythm guitarist Alex Nuñez.

"Shockwave" is a song by American heavy metal band Black Tide. It is credited to Gabriel Garcia, Alexander Nuñez and Raul Garcia Jr. It was the first track and first single from their 2008 debut album Light from Above, with the other two singles being "Warriors of Time" and "Shout". It was released before the album. Today it is one of the band's most famous songs and has been played live on almost all of the band's concerts, also it was performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on March 27, 2008. It charted only in the US at number #25. The CD Single was the band's first official release and is also known as the "Black Tide EP". The single version is a clean edit of the song, the word "fuck" that is mentioned in the chorus is removed.

The song, along with the 3 other originals the band wrote for the Black Ops series, was later released on the Black Reign EP in 2018.

Bite the Bullet is the fourth EP released by the band Black Tide. It was scheduled to be released in the fall of 2013 under the label InnerCat Music Group. The EP was produced and engineered by Mariano Aponte. This is the first release without drummer Steven Spence. The first single titled "Not Afraid", was released on August 31.

They also supported The Vamps in 2017.
