Albibacillus is a gram-negative, rod-shaped and motile bacterial genus from the family Rhodobacteraceae with one known species ( Albibacillus kandeliae ).^[2]^[1]Ruegeria kandeliae has been reclassified to Albibacillus kandeliae.^[1]
