Aleksandar Nanev (born 9 November 1958) is a Bulgarian wrestler. He competed in the men's freestyle 82 kg at the 1988 Summer Olympics. [1]

Yugoslavia competed at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, United States which took place from 29 July to 12 August 1984. Yugoslav athletes had competed in every Summer Olympic Games since their official debut in 1920. The Yugoslav Olympic Committee (JOK) sent a delegation of 139 athletes, 105 men and 34 women, competing in 16 sports, down from 164 competitors in 1980. Due to the Soviet-led boycott, Yugoslavia was one of only three Communist countries to take part at the Games, along with China and Romania.

At the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, 20 wrestling events were contested, for all men only. There were 10 weight classes in each of the freestyle wrestling and Greco-Roman wrestling disciplines.

Aleksandar Kukolj is a Serbian judoka. He won gold medals at the 2016 Abu Dhabi Grand Slam and the 2016 Tokyo Grand Slam. Kukolj started with bronze in the 2016 Havana Grand Prix and silvers at the 2014 Zagreb Grand Prix, 2015 Samsun Grand Prix and 2016 Baku Grand Slam.
