Algimonas ampicilliniresistens is a Gram-negative, prosthecate and motile bacterium from the genus of Algimonas which has been isolated from the alga Porphyra yezoensis . [1] [2] [3]
The Pasteurellaceae comprise a large family of Gram-negative bacteria. Most members live as commensals on mucosal surfaces of birds and mammals, especially in the upper respiratory tract. Pasteurellaceae are typically rod-shaped, and are a notable group of facultative anaerobes. Their biochemical characteristics can be distinguished from the related Enterobacteriaceae by the presence of oxidase, and from most other similar bacteria by the absence of flagella.
The Alteromonadales are an order of Pseudomonadota. Although they have been treated as a single family, the Alteromonadaceae, they were divided into eight by Ivanova et al. in 2004. The cells are straight or curved rods. They are motile by the use of a single flagellum. Most of the species are marine.
The Alteromonadaceae are a family of Pseudomonadota. They are now one of several families in the order Alteromonadales, including Alteromonas and its closest relatives. Species of this family are mostly rod-like shaped and motile by using one polar flagellum.
The Oceanimonas are a genus of marine bacteria. They are, like all Proteobacteria, gram-negative. The rod-shaped, motile organisms are aerobic and chemoorganotroph.
Variovorax is a Gram-negative and motile genus of bacteria from the family Comamonadaceae. It belongs to the class called Betaproteobacteria. It is an aerobic bacteria and most of its species is found in soil and freshwater. The demographic distribution of this species is primarily in Europe, Asia and the Americas, as well as the polar regions. Its designated species is Variovorax paradoxus which arose from the species Alcaligenes paradoxus being grouped under the Variovorax genus. Variovorax paradoxus constitutes to the methylotrophic microbiota of the human mouth.
Ignatzschineria is a genus of bacteria from the class Gammaproteobacteria. Ignatzschineria is named after Ignaz Rudolph Schiner.
Thermanaerovibrio acidaminovorans is a moderately thermophilic and anaerobic bacterium from the genus of Thermanaerovibrio which has been isolated from granular methanogenic sludge from Breda in the Netherlands.
Niabella is a genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinophagaceae.
Taibaiella is a genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinophagaceae.
Salininema is a Gram-positive and halophilic species of bacteria from the family of Glycomycetaceae.
Algimonas is a genus of bacteria from the family of Hyphomonadaceae. Algimonas occur in marine habitats.
Algimonas porphyrae is a Gram-negative bacterium from the genus of Algimonas which has been isolated from the alga Porphyra yezoensis.
Kordia jejudonensis is a Gram-negative, aerobic, non-spore-forming and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus Kordia.
Lutibacter oricola is a Gram-negative, aerobic, rod-shaped and non-motile bacterium from the genus of Lutibacter which has been isolated from seawater from Seo-do from the Liancourt Rocks.
Halanaerobium kushneri is a strictly anaerobic and halophilic bacterium from the genus of Halanaerobium.
Jeotgalibaca is a genus of bacteria from the family of Carnobacteriaceae.
Trichococcus is a mesophilic and psychrotolerant genus of bacteria from the family of Carnobacteriaceae. Trichococcus bacteria have the ability to utilize sugars, sugar alcohols and polysaccharides. Some species of Trichococcus species where transferred from the genera Lactosphaera and Ruminococcus.
Aneurinibacillus thermoaerophilus is a bacterium from the genus of Aneurinibacillus.
Alkalihalobacillus alkalinitrilicus is a bacterium of the genus Alkalihalobacillus.
Alkalihalobacillus hemicellulosilyticus is a bacterium from the genus of Alkalihalobacillus.
