Algimonas is a genus of bacteria from the family of Hyphomonadaceae. [2] [1] Algimonas occur in marine habitats. [3]
The Alteromonadales are an order of Pseudomonadota. Although they have been treated as a single family, the Alteromonadaceae, they were divided into eight by Ivanova et al. in 2004. The cells are straight or curved rods. They are motile by the use of a single flagellum. Most of the species are marine.
Aureimonas is a genus of marine bacteria from the family of Aurantimonadaceae.
Erythrobacter is a Gram-negative and rod-shaped bacteria genus from the family Erythrobacteraceae.
Bisgaardia is a genus of bacteria from the family Pasteurellaceae.
Algimonas ampicilliniresistens is a Gram-negative, prosthecate and motile bacterium from the genus of Algimonas which has been isolated from the alga Porphyra yezoensis.
Algimonas porphyrae is a Gram-negative bacterium from the genus of Algimonas which has been isolated from the alga Porphyra yezoensis.
Henriciella is a genus of bacteria from the family of Hyphomonadaceae. Henriciella is named after the American microbiologist Arthur T. Henrici.
Galbibacter is a genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae.
Gillisia is a Gram-negative and strictly aerobic genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae. Gillisia is named after the Belgian bacteriologist Monique Gillis.
Lutibacter agarilyticus is a Gram-negative, non-spore-forming and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus of Lutibacter which has been isolated from seawater from the Suncheon Bay in Korea.
Lutibacter flavus is a Gram-negative, obligately aerobic and non-motile bacterium from the genus of Lutibacter which has been isolated from tidal flat sediments from the Yellow Sea in Korea.
Riemerella is a Gram-negative, non-spore-forming and non-motile genus of bacteria from the family of Weeksellaceae.Riemerella is named after O.V. Riemer.
Pibocella is a Gram-negative heterotrophic and aerobic genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae with one known species Pibocella ponti. Pibocella ponti has been isolated from the alga Acrosiphonia sonderi.
Winogradskyella is a genus of bacteria from the family Flavobacteriaceae. Winogradskyella is named after the Russian microbiologist Sergei Winogradsky.
Zeaxanthinibacter is a genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae.
Alloprevotella is a genus of bacteria from the family of Prevotellaceae.
Marinilactibacillus psychrotolerans is a Gram-positive, mesophilic, alkaliphilic, slightly halophilic, highly halotolerant, non-spore-forming and motile bacterium from the genus Marinilactibacillus which has been isolated from a sponge from the Oura beach.
Trichococcus is a mesophilic and psychrotolerant genus of bacteria from the family of Carnobacteriaceae. Trichococcus bacteria have the ability to utilize sugars, sugar alcohols and polysaccharides. Some species of Trichococcus species where transferred from the genera Lactosphaera and Ruminococcus.
Grimontia is a genus of bacteria from the family of Vibrionaceae.
Sinomicrobium is a genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae.
