Alice Maria Boman (born 2 December 1987) is a Swedish singer-songwriter and musician.
Boman recorded her first extended play (EP), Skisser (which means "sketches" in Swedish) in her bedroom, never intending it to be publicly released. [1] She treated the recordings like demos, and sent them to a studio with the intention of getting the songs professionally recorded. However, she said that "the guy at the studio liked [the demos] so much that he sent them to Adrian Recordings, and they wanted to release them." [2] The EP came out on Adrian Recordings on 22 May 2013, [3] and it has since been re-released on limited edition vinyl. [4] An EP containing remixes of Skisser tracks "Waiting" and "Skiss 2" was digitally released in November 2013. [5] It contained remixes by 1987, NATTEN, Summer Heart, Kalter and PAL.
A video for 'Skiss 3' was released in January 2014, directed by Henric Claesson at Studio Pop. [6]
In June 2014, Boman released her second extended play called EP II. The music video for the first single "What" was filmed and directed by Studio Pop. The Fader premiered the video on 9 April 2014. [7]
Boman released her single "Dreams" in September 2017. It earned praise by Billboard , [8] The New York Times [9] and Gorilla vs. Bear [10] among others. The music video was filmed in Vårhallarna, Sweden. [11]

"Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" is a song by British new wave music duo Eurythmics. It is the title track of their album of the same name (1983) and was released as the fourth and final single from the album in early 1983. The song became their breakthrough hit, establishing the duo worldwide. It reached number two on the UK Singles Chart in March 1983 and number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 six months later; it was their first single released in the US.
"Don't Stop the Music" is a song recorded by Barbadian singer Rihanna for her third studio album, Good Girl Gone Bad (2007). It was released worldwide on September 7, 2007, as the album's fourth single. The song was written by Tawanna Dabney and its producers StarGate. Michael Jackson also received a songwriting credit for the sampling of the line "Mama-say, mama-sa, ma-ma-koosa" from Jackson's 1983 single "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'". Jhené Aiko Efuru Chilombo is an American singer and songwriter. Aiko embarked on her music career contributing vocals and appearing in music videos for R&B group B2K. In an effort to promote and cultivate a following for her, she was marketed as B2K member Lil' Fizz's cousin; she is not actually related to him. In 2003, Aiko was set to release her debut album, My Name Is Jhené, through her labels Sony, The Ultimate Group and Epic; however, the album was never released, and Aiko asked to be released from the label in order to continue her education.

Karmin was an American pop duo consisting of Amy Renee Noonan and Nick Noonan. Starting as a novelty act that released covers on YouTube, they signed in 2011 with Epic Records. In May 2012, Karmin released their debut EP Hello, which spawned the singles "Brokenhearted" and "Hello", and received mixed reviews.
