Alok Aradhe (born on 13 April 1964) is an Indian Judge. Presently,he is Chief Justice of Telangana High Court. He is former Judge of Karnataka High Court,Jammu and Kashmir High Court and Madhya Pradesh High Court. He has also served as Acting Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court and Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
Aradhe was born in 1964 at Raipur,the then Madhya Pradesh. He passed B.Sc. and LL.B. and started practice in Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur from 1988. He worked on Civil,Constitutional,Arbitration and Company Matters. Aradhe was designated as Senior Advocate in April 2007. He revised the 5th and 6th editions of the book,Principles of Administrative Law by M. P. Jain and S. N. Jain with Late Hon'ble Chief Justice G. P. Singh. Aradhe was a visiting Faculty in Judicial Officers Training and Research Institute of Madhya Pradesh. On 29 December 2009 he was appointed Additional Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court and was transferred to Jammu and Kashmir High Court on 16 September 2016. Justice Aradhe served as Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir State Judicial Academy and became the Executive Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir State Legal Services Authority. [1] He took charge as Acting Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High court on 11 May 2018. [2] He was again transferred to Karnataka High Court and took oath as Judge on 17 November 2018. [3] [4] He was appointed as Acting Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court on 3 July 2022 consequent upon the retirement of Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi,Chief Justice,Karnataka High Court.
In July 2023,Alok Aradhe was nominated as new chief justice of Telangana High Court. [5]

However,a high court exercises its original civil and criminal jurisdiction only if the subordinate courts are not authorized by law to try such matters for lack of peculiar or territorial jurisdiction. The Telangana High Court is the High Court for the Indian state of Telangana. Founded by the 7th Nizam of Hyderabad Mir Osman Ali Khan,initially,it was set up as High Court of Hyderabad for the then princely state of Hyderabad Deccan and later renamed High Court of Andhra Pradesh,as it was set up on 5 November 1956 under the States Reorganisation Act,1956. The High Court of Jammu &Kashmir and Ladakh is the common high court for union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. It was established as the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir on 26 March 1928 by the Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir. The seat of the court shifts between the summer capital Srinagar and winter capital Jammu. The court has a sanctioned judge strength of 17,13 of whom are permanent judges,and 4 are additional judges. Since 18 July 2024,the acting chief justice of the court is Tashi Rabstan.

Ramalingam Sudhakar is an Indian Judge. He is former Chief Justice of Manipur High Court. He is also former Acting Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court and Judge of Jammu and Kashmir High Court and Madras High Court. He was born on 14 February 1959 and hails from Panapakkam Village,Vellore District in Tamil Nadu. He was overlooked and V. Ramasubramanian was chosen over him as a Supreme Court Judge. The Central Government has approved the appointment of former Chief Justice of Manipur High Court,Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar as the president of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for a period of five years in October 28,2021. Justice Sudhakar has been appointed for a period of five years from the date of appointment or till he attains the age of 67 or until further orders,whichever is earlier.
