Alvania guancha is a species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk or micromollusk in the family Rissoidae. [1] It is named after the Guanche people. [2]
The length of the shell varies between 1.5 mm and 2 mm, averaging at 1.95 mm. Its width generally averages around 1 mm. The protoconch of the shell has a glass-like coloration, while the teleoconch is light brown, with white parts. [2]
