Amargadh (also known as Jithari) is a village in Sihor, Bhavnagar district, Gujarat, India.
It has a famous tuberculosis hospital, the K. J. Mehta T.B. Hospital, built on land donated by Maharaja Krishnakumar Sihji.
There is also the College of Dental Science, [1] with a research center on the campus.

GKT School of Medical Education is the medical school of King's College London. University Hospital Lewisham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital are also teaching hospitals for GKT School of Medical Education. The school in its current guise was formed following a merger with the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals on 1 August 1998.

Government T D Medical College, Alappuzha is a government medical colleges situated in the suburban area of Vandanam, 9 km south of the Alappuzha, facing the NH 66, in Alappuzha district of Kerala State, South India. The initials T.D. stand for Thirumala Devaswom, as the Medical College was started in 1963 under the patronage of the T.D. Southern Railway Headquarters Hospital, also known as the Perambur railway hospital, is a 500-bed hospital of the Southern Railway located in Ayanavaram, Chennai.
