Tamgha-i-Jurat, is the fourth highest military award of Pakistan. This citation is awarded for extraordinary heroism while engaged in armed combat with an opposing force on Pakistan soil or outside its borders. The prestigious award was established in 1957 after Pakistan became a Republic, however, it was instituted retrospectively back to 1947. This medal is awarded for various types of high risk tactical missions like combat, tactical reconnaissance and infiltration and can be bestowed upon all ranks, commissioned officers and non-commissioned officers, in the Pakistan Army, Navy, Air Force, and various paramilitary forces under federal control such as the Frontier Corps, the Frontier Constabulary and the Pakistan Rangers. Ranked below the Sitara-i-Jurat on the order of precedence, the Tamgha-i-Jurat is the equivalent to the Military Cross in the U.K Commonwealth honours system and the Silver Star in the United States honours system.

Amblyseius bellatulus Tseng is a species of mite in the Phytoseiidae family that is native to Taiwan. It was described by Tseng Yi-Hsiung in 1983. Following his retirement, Tseng's collection of more than 20 holotypes of Taiwanese phytoseiid fauna were lost. A. Bellatulus re-described in 2017 by a team from National Taiwan University led by Liao Jhih-Rong, who collected new specimens of phytoseiid mites from the original locale used by Tseng as well as other areas throughout Taiwan.

Grade 22 is the highest attainable rank and pay scale for a civil servant in Pakistan. Grade 22 is equal to a 3-star rank of the Pakistan Armed Forces.. With over five thousand civil servants and bureaucrats in Pakistan, only a few dozen officers serve in BPS-22 grade at a given time. Hence, not even 2% of the country's civil servants make it to the highest basic pay scale of grade 22. Officers serving in BPS-22 grade are largely considered to be one of the most influential individuals in the country.
