Andreas Moe (born 2 October 1988) is a Swedish [1] singer, songwriter, record producer and multi-instrumentalist.
Moe was born and raised in Stockholm and aspired to be a singer and songwriter from an early age. He grew up listening to the likes of Stevie Ray Vaughan and Michael Jackson, and in later years developed an interest in the acoustic guitar driven sounds of Jeff Buckley. Having played his early writings in virtually every youth centre and bar in Stockholm, Moe earned his place as session guitarist with Bosson and Ulrik Munther. He continued to develop as a producer and artist, and in January 2011 signed a UK publishing deal with Phrased Differently, [2] followed swiftly by a management deal with Hiten Bharadia and Luke Williams. He just signed a record deal with Sony for Scandinavia and continues to self release throughout the rest of the globe.
In July 2011, Moe recorded his first feature on the Avicii track "Fade into Darkness". The song reached number 4 in the Swedish Singles Chart (Sverigetopplistan) - and achieved further success in Poland & Netherlands. The song was also destined for UK release - before it became wrapped up in controversy - after Leona Lewis released a similar version of the track's instrumental under the name Collide. Avicii later claimed that Lewis's record label, Syco, had "stolen" his idea without his permission. Lewis and Avicii eventually settled in court, coming to an amicable mutual agreement to release the song as a collaboration between Lewis and Avicii - meaning that Fade into Darkness was dropped as a UK release. In December 2011, Moe co-wrote and featured on the platinum selling John De Sohn track 'Long Time'. The song, which charted at number 36 in the Swedish Singles Chart (Sverigetopplistan), [4] was released again in April 2012 on Tiesto's compilation album Club Life: Volume Two Miami - which charted worldwide, reaching Number 1 in the US Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums, Number 6 in the UK Album Chart, and Number 3 in the Swiss Album Chart - as well as charting high in many other territories. Soon after, it was revealed that 'Long Time' had been picked up by LA Reid at Epic Records US as a single and was to be serviced to radio [5] on 20 May 2012. The song was released as a single in the US later on in the year.
In May 2012, Moe announced via his Facebook page that his first EP Collecting Sunlight was scheduled for digital release on the UK iTunes Store, and also Spotify, on 25 June 2012. He has since received glowing reviews of the EP from around the world, including articles from famous American blogs Arjan Writes, [6] and Music Is My Kingsize Bed. [7] The EP was also released throughout Scandinavia through Sony Music Sweden - dropping in Sweden and Norway on 29 June 2012, and Finland and Denmark on 2 July 2012.
Due to the success of Avicii's "Fade into Darkness", Moe teamed up with Avicii again to make a vocal edit of "Last Dance". However, the vocal edit was unreleased.
Moe also had four songs, sung and co-written by himself, featured in the Noel Clarke film The Knot. [8] The film was released in the UK through Universal Pictures on 5 October 2012.
He has worked with Tiesto, Hardwell, Fedde Le Grande and Avicii, Eddie Thoneick and Norman Doray. [9]
In 2013, in addition to recording his debut album in Scandinavia & the UK, Moe supported both Gabrielle Aplin & Lucy Spraggan as main support on their UK tours, playing to over 40,000 fans. On 9 June 2014, he was the opening act for John Mayer's solitary UK concert at the O2 Arena that year. [10]
In 2014, Moe signed a 2 album deal with Sony Scandinavia and will release an album in Sweden in October 2014. In the UK he will release a series of UK Eps starting with "Ocean" in June 2014. He also featured on Tiesto's album and a Hardwell & Tiesto collaboration in October 2014.
Moe also enjoys a successful songwriting career in and around Europe. He co-wrote the first single 'Won't You Stay' [11] for runner-up of The Voice of Holland, Chris Hordijk which peaked at number 6 in the Dutch Top 40., [12] as well as his follow up single 'Jump From A Waterfall'. He also co-wrote the first single 'Awake' for runner up of The Voice of Belgium, Silke Mastbooms - which reached number 2 in the Belgian Top 50 charts (Ultratop 50). [13]
In August 2012, Moe received his first number 1 as a songwriter with Dutch duo Nick En Simon with the song 'Alles Overwinnen' in the Dutch Singles charts, as well as his first Platinum record for his co-write and feature with John De Sohn, 'Long Time'.
In 2013, Moe wrote a song called "Who We Are" with Lawson's Andy Brown, which was recorded by Boyzone on the BZ20 album released on 22 November 2013. The album reached No. 6 in the UK and has been certified Gold. "Who We Are" was scheduled to be the third single.
He is also known to have written with various rising stars including British pop rock group Lawson, multi-platinum selling producer Jake Gosling, The Voice of Holland Season 1 winner Ben Saunders, and pop rock band Rixton.
He also opened John Mayer's concerts in Amsterdam on 2 and 3 May 2017, Stockholm on 7 May 2017, Copenhagen on 9 May 2017 and London on 11 and 12 May 2017.

In 2013, he was voted by DJ Mag readers as the "best DJ of the last 20 years". He is also regarded as the "Godfather of EDM" by many sources.

Egbert Nathaniel Dawkins III, known professionally by his stage name Aloe Blacc, is an American singer, songwriter and rapper. He is best known for his singles "I Need a Dollar", "The Man", which topped the charts in the United Kingdom, and for writing and performing vocals on Avicii's "Wake Me Up", which topped the charts in 22 countries, including Australia and the United Kingdom. Sebastian Carmine Ingrosso is a Swedish DJ and music producer. He is also a member of the Swedish House Mafia, together with friends Axwell and Steve Angello.
Throughout his career, Dutch electronic DJ and producer Tiësto has released seven studio albums. After spending years searching for his personal style and working with DJs like Ferry Corsten, Benno de Goeij and Armin van Buuren, he decided it was time to focus on his solo work. Tiësto's fame started to rise in the late 1990s after his set at the first ID&T Innercity party, and it continued to skyrocket in the early 2000s following his six-hour "Tiësto Solo" sets, which he performed without any other DJs or opening acts. "The Nights" is a song by Swedish DJ and record producer Avicii, featuring vocals from singer/songwriter Nicholas Furlong. On 1 December 2014, it was released as a digital download by PRMD Music and Universal Island on Avicii's The Days / Nights EP, then on 11 January 2015 in the United Kingdom. The song peaked at number six on the UK Singles Chart and number one on the UK Dance Chart. On 23 January 2015, Avicii released "The Nights ", his own remix of the song. Tim Bergling, known professionally as Avicii, was a Swedish DJ, remixer and music producer. At age 16, Bergling began posting his remixes on electronic music forums, which led to his first record deal. He rose to prominence in 2011 with his single "Levels". His debut studio album, True (2013), blended electronic music with elements of multiple genres and received generally positive reviews. It peaked in the top 10 in more than 15 countries and topped international charts; the lead single, "Wake Me Up", topped most music markets in Europe and reached number four in the United States.
"Seek Bromance" is a single by Swedish producer and DJ Avicii, made while he was under the name Tim Berg and is also his second released single. It was released on 17 October 2010 in the United Kingdom, where it charted at number 12. Earlier that year, on April 14, Avicii released an instrumental song named "Bromance", which topped the Flemish charts, and peaked at number two in the Netherlands. "Seek Bromance" is a vocal version of this song, with the addition of vocals from the track "Love U Seek" by Italian DJ Samuele Sartini featuring English singer Amanda Wilson, who, in the case of "Seek Bromance", is not credited as singer.
Axel Christofer Hedfors, better known by his stage name Axwell, is a Swedish DJ, record producer, remixer and owner of Axtone Records. He is a member of Swedish House Mafia along with Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello. He is a two-time DJ Awards winner, and in 2013 he was placed 19th on the DJ Magazine Top 100 DJ Poll.
"Collide" is a song performed by British recording artist Leona Lewis and Swedish DJ and record producer Avicii. It was written by Tim Bergling, Simon Jeffes, Arash Pournouri, Autumn Rowe, Sandy Wilhelm, with production helmed by Wilhelm under his production name Sandy Vee and Youngboyz. "Collide" is a house-inspired love song with instrumentation consisting of piano riffs and a guitar. The song was recorded for Lewis' third studio album Glassheart, but was not included on the album's final track listing.
"Fade into Darkness" is a song by Swedish house producer and DJ Avicii. It features uncredited vocals from Andreas Moe. The single was released on 22 July 2011. The song incorporates elements from "Perpetuum Mobile" by Penguin Cafe Orchestra, as written by Simon Jeffes. Prior to its commercial release, the song was referred to as "Penguin", which was solely an instrumental track, unlike the following lyrical version.

"Blessed" is a song by Swedish house producer Avicii featuring vocals from Shermanology. Like many of Avicii's early tracks this had been leaked on the internet between late 2010 to April 2011. The track was officially released on May 23, 2011 through Spinnin' Records. It was further released on March 6, 2012 in the United States, and then 3 months later in the United Kingdom on June 21, 2012.
"Wake Me Up" is a song by Swedish DJ and record producer Avicii, released as the lead single from his debut studio album True, released on CD by PRMD Music, Lava Records and Sony Music's Columbia Records on 17 June 2013. "Wake Me Up" was written by Avicii, Mike Einziger, and American soul singer Aloe Blacc. Blacc also provides vocals for the track and Mike Einziger of Incubus provides acoustic guitar. Peter Dyer also provides keyboard on the song. Avicii introduced "Wake Me Up!" for the first time live on stage at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami. The experimental rendering reportedly confused and angered a section of the electronic dance festival community. A Town Called Paradise is the fifth studio album by Dutch DJ and record producer Tiësto, released on 13 June 2014 by Musical Freedom, PM:AM Recordings, and Universal Music. Five singles were released: "Pair of Dice", "Red Lights", "Wasted", "Let's Go" and "Light Years Away".
