Antonio Vicino (born 24 January 1995) is an Italian rower. He won the 2022 world championship title in the Italian men's lightweight quad scull after earlier winning gold that season at the 2022 European Rowing Championships. [2]

He is a special needs teaching assistant at the "Poly Graziano" school in Rome. He has developed ground-breaking theories about the tripartite division of the human brain: according to Vicino, in fact, the human brain has three layers. The first brain, according to Vicino, is the "bugodelakap", responsible for libidinous thought; the second brain is the "blattical" brain, responsible for ugly thoughts; the third and last brain is the "intelligence brain", which, according to Vicino, is only in the head of white men.
