Diving, swimming, and water polo events take place at the New Clark City Aquatics Center within New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac. Water polo events were held from 26 November to 1 December 2019, while diving and swimming events were held from 4 to 9 December 2019. The open water (swimming) event will take place on 10 December 2019 at the Hanjin Boat Terminal, Cubi Point along Subic Bay in Morong, Bataan. [1]

The European Aquatics Championships is the continental Aquatics championship for Europe, which is organised by LEN—the governing body for aquatics in Europe. The Championships are currently held every two years ; and since 1999, they have included 4 aquatics disciplines: Swimming, Diving, Synchronised swimming and Open water swimming. Prior to 1999, the championships also included Water polo, which beginning in 1999 LEN split-off into a separate championships. The open water events are not held during the Olympic year.
The FINA World Championships or World Aquatics Championships are the World Championships for aquatics sports: swimming, diving, high diving, open water swimming, artistic swimming, and water polo. They are run by FINA, and all swimming events are contested in a long course (50-metre) pool.

The Spieker Aquatics Center is a 2,500-capacity stadium in Los Angeles, California used by UCLA water polo, swimming, and diving teams. The $14-million center was built in 2009 and is named for Tod and Catherine Spieker. Tod was a student-athlete at UCLA, competing from 1968–1971 in swimming.

Singapore Swimming Association (SSA) is the national governing body for swimming, diving, synchronised swimming, water polo and open water swimming in Singapore. Founded in 1939 as the Singapore Amateur Swimming Association (SASA), the body adopted its current name in 2002. It has been a member of FINA since 1939, and is one of 43 members of the Asia Swimming Federation.
