The Arkhangelsk constituency (No.72 [lower-alpha 1] ) is a Russian legislative constituency in Arkhangelsk Oblast. In 1993-2007 the constituency covered the entirety of Arkhangelsk as well as Severodvinsk and northern Arkhangelsk Oblast. During 2016 redistricting Arkhangelsk constituency shedded parts of Arkhangelsk and several districts to the east to Kotlas constituency but gained the entirety of western Arkhangelsk Oblast.

The Kostroma constituency (No.107) is a Russian legislative constituency covering the entirety of Kostroma Oblast.

Murmansk constituency

The Murmansk constituency (No.128) is a Russian legislative constituency covering the entirety of Murmansk Oblast. In 1993-2003 the constituency covered Murmansk, Severomorsk and their surroundings, while the rest of Murmansk Oblast were placed into Monchegorsk constituency. In 2003 Murmansk Oblast lost its second constituency which made Murmansk constituency the only one in the region.

The Voronezh constituency (No.87) is a Russian legislative constituency in Voronezh Oblast. The constituency covers eastern half of Voronezh and its surroundings, however, in 2016 the district was altered and stretched south to Liski.

Pravoberezhny constituency

The Pravoberezhny constituency (No.88) is a Russian legislative constituency in Voronezh Oblast. The constituency covers parts of Voronezh and Voronezh Oblast on the right bank of the Voronezh River.

Avtozavodsky constituency

The Avtozavodsky constituency (No.131) is a Russian legislative constituency in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. Until 2007 the constituency covered Avtozavodsky, Leninsky and Sovetsky City Districts of Nizhny Novgorod. In 2016 Avtozavodsky constituency only retained Avtozavodsky City District but it took Pavlovo from former Dzerzhinsk constituency and Vyksa from former Arzamas constituency.

Kanavinsky constituency

The Kanavinsky constituency (No.132) is a Russian legislative constituency in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. Until 2007 the constituency covered Kanavinsky, Moskovsky, Nizhegorodsky and Sormovsky City Districts of Nizhny Novgorod. In 2016 Kanavinsky constituency was stretched to the west to take parts of the dismantled Dzerzhinsk constituency.

Central constituency (Dagestan)

The Central constituency (No.11) is a Russian legislative constituency in Dagestan. The constituency stretches alongside Caspian Sea from Makhachkala to the border with Azerbaijan. The constituency was created in 2003 from parts of Buynaksk constituency.

Central constituency (Krasnoyarsk Krai)

The Central constituency (No.55) is a Russian legislative constituency in Krasnoyarsk Krai. Until 2007 the constituency covered central Krasnoyarsk as well as exclave city Norilsk, however, in 2015 it expanded into Krasnoyarsk suburbs, grabbing territory from Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk constituencies.

Moskovsky constituency

The Moskovsky constituency (No.27) is a Russian legislative constituency in Tatarstan. The constituency covers western Kazan as well as the entirety of western Tatarstan.
