"Ash Like Snow" is the 17th single from the Japanese rock band the Brilliant Green, released on February 6, 2008. It peaked at #8 on the Oricon Singles Chart. [1]
This song serves as the second opening theme for the Japanese anime, Mobile Suit Gundam 00 . The first press contains a Gundam 00 sticker, which differs between limited edition and regular edition, along with Allelujah Haptism's character ID card. The song's music video also made several references to Gundam 00 such as the appearance of Lockon's Haro and Tomoko dressed as Wang Liu Mei. The song was released coincidentally with the band's singer's birthday.
Currently it has sold 50,868 copies in Japan according to the year end Oricon Chart of 2008.
It was later covered by Bish for the album Mobile Suit Gundam 40th Anniversary Album: Beyond.

The Brilliant Green is a Japanese rock band from Kyoto formed in 1995. They were signed to Sony Music Records. Their major debut single under Sony, "Bye Bye Mr. Mug", was released in 1997. Their contract with Sony ended in 2008, and on December 1, 2009, the band announced that it had signed with Warner Music Japan.
Tomoko Kawase is a Japanese singer, songwriter, producer, actress, and model from Kyoto. She is the lead singer of the alternative rock band The Brilliant Green. She also has a solo career under the alter-ego pseudonyms Tommy february6 and Tommy heavenly6.

Gundam Song Covers is a cover album by Hiroko Moriguchi, released on August 7, 2019 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Gundam franchise. The album features Moriguchi's versions of the 10 most popular Gundam songs, as voted on NHK's "Announcement! All Gundam Big Vote". Her song "Sora no Kanata de" from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin is also included as a bonus track. It was released in two physical CD versions: a regular release and a limited edition release with an LP-sized jacket with a booklet and stickers. The album cover, illustrated by Tsukasa Kotobuki, features Moriguchi dressed in an A.E.U.G normal suit, with the MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam in the background.
