Asia Rainbow TV Awards is an Asian television awards ceremony held by Hong Kong Television Association and China Television Production Committee. The first ceremony was held in 2011, and the second ceremony was held in 2014. [1] [2] [3] [4]

The Sports Emmy Awards, or Sports Emmys, are part of the extensive range of Emmy Awards for artistic and technical merit for the American television industry. Bestowed by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), the Sports Emmys are presented in recognition of excellence in American sports television programming, including sports-related series, live coverage of sporting events, and best sports announcers. The awards ceremony, presenting Emmys from the previous calendar year, is usually held on a Spring Monday night, sometime in the last two weeks in April or the first week in May. The Star Awards are awards for artistic and technical merit where Mediacorp recognises entertainers under their employment for outstanding performances of the year.

Star Awards 2002 is a television award telecast in 2002 as part of the annual Star Awards organised by MediaCorp for MediaCorp TV Channel 8. The ninth installment was held on 8 December 2002, with the ceremony hosted by Taiwanese host Timothy Chao and Channel 8 newscaster Chun Guek Lay. 28 awards were given out this year, an increase of five from last year, including three new categories awarded this year.

Star Awards 2005 was the 12th Star Awards ceremony, held on 4 December 2005. It was part of the annual Star Awards organised by MediaCorp for MediaCorp TV Channel 8. Following MediaCorp's merger with SPH MediaWorks on 1 January 2005, the nominees included artistes from the former SPH MediaWorks Channel U, many of whom were former employees of MediaCorp and its predecessor Television Corporation of Singapore. MediaCorp TV Channel 8 broadcast the awards ceremony from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm while SPH MediaWorks Channel U, aired the ceremony for the first time and began broadcasting the ceremony at 7:30 pm.

The China TV Golden Eagle Award, commonly known in China as the Golden Eagle Awards, is one of three main national award ceremonies recognising excellence in the Chinese television industry. The award is presented by the China Television Artists Association. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious television awards, alongside the Feitian Awards and Magnolia Awards. The Golden Eagle Award is biennial, with the ceremony held on alternate years from the Feitian Awards since 2005.

The Producers Guild Film Awards, previously known as the Apsara Awards, is an award event hosted by the Producers Guild of India to recognize excellence in Hindi film and television. Originated by filmmaker and scholar Amit Khanna in 2004, the Guild Awards were one of the major award events from 2004 till 2016, when the last awards ceremony happened. The 22-karat gold statuette was sculpted and designed by the jewellery brand Tanishq and was "inspired by the rich heritage of one of India's most treasured possessions – the Ajanta and Ellora Caves." Nominations for the awards come from selected members of the guild, with the full membership available to vote for the winners. The ballots cast by the guild members are then taken to a common venue for the final counting.

The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards honored the best in US prime time television programming from June 1, 2013 until May 31, 2014, as chosen by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. This awards is equivalent to the Hum Award for Best Actor Popular, which is given in the ceremony but winners are solely selected by viewers votings. Multiple nominations for an actor in same category but for different work is eligible.

The of 2nd Hum Awards was held in 2014 with Noman Ejaz winning the award, who was honored for his role in Ullu Baraye Farokht Nahi.The award has commonly been referred to as the hum for Best Actor in a Negative Role. Currently, nominees are determined by single transferable vote, within the actors and jury branch of HTNEC; while winners are selected by viewers voting.
