Avis Willington (born 12 August 1956) is a British former swimmer.

Early life

She is from Smethwick. She attended Holly Lodge Grammar School (Holly Lodge High School) [1] , taking A levels. [2]

Career

Willington competed in two events at the 1972 Summer Olympics. [3]

She also represented England and won a bronze medal in the 4 x 100 metres freestyle relay event, at the 1974 British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch, New Zealand. [4] [5] [6]
