It is famous for its recreational park, Taman Darulaman, with its own lake for water activities like boating and fishing. The area is easily accessible by the PLUS Expressway.

Bandar Seri Begawan is the capital and largest city of Brunei. It is officially a municipal area with an area of 100.36 square kilometres (38.75 sq mi) and an estimated population of 100,700 as of 2007. It is part of Brunei-Muara District, the smallest yet most populous district which is home to over 70 per cent of the country's population. It is the country's largest urban centre and nominally the country's only city. The capital is home to Brunei's seat of government, as well as a commercial and cultural centre. The highway is part of the Asian Highway Network of route 142.

The stadium was opened officially by the Sultan of Kedah in 1962 during Malaya's 1-0 victory against South Korea. It has a capacity of 24,644 seats after the expansion in 1997. It was one of the venues for the 1997 FIFA World Youth Championship. It is the official stadium for Malaysian Super League club Kedah Darul Aman FC.

Bandar Sri Sendayan is a planned township in the Rantau ward of Seremban District, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. It is the western suburb within the Seremban city proper, bordering Port Dickson District.
Darulaman is a locality in the south-western fringes of Kabul, Afghanistan, forming part of District 6. The suburb was a planned city built in the 1920s under King Amanullah Khan. Amanullah Khan sought to turn Darulaman into a new modern capital city, and hired German companies and engineers to build roads, bridges and other infrastructure. The area is connected to Kabul some 16 km away via Darulaman Road, a long straight boulevard, which has been described by one analyst as "perhaps the most exquisite street of the capital Kabul". A narrow-gauge railway, the Kabul-Darulaman Tramway, was also built and operated through this boulevard.
Chihil Sutun, also spelled Chehel Sutoon, Chelsutoon, Chehelseton or Chihilsitoon, is a historic palace with gardens located about 3.6 kilometres (2.2 mi) east of Darulaman in Kabul, Afghanistan. It was built in 1796 by Emperor Zaman Shah Durrani. The palace and neighborhood are part of District 7 of the city.
