Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT) is a further education college in Basingstoke, Hampshire, United Kingdom. [2] The college is located in the centre of Basingstoke on Worting Road, and consists of three campus buildings: North, South, and STEM. The college is listed as a Centre of Vocational Excellence [3] in certain areas, and was rated as 'Good' by Ofsted in 2016. [4]
BCoT offers a wide range of vocational courses and qualifications on both a full-time and part-time basis. The courses are broken down into subject areas which include:
BCoT is well known for its wide range of industry-standard facilities which includes an in-house restaurant, known as The Restaurant at BCoT. [5] Renovated in July 2012, the Restaurant at BCoT is open to the public and provides students with the chance to learn and gain experience in a professional environment.
Evolve Salon [6] is BCoT's on-site training salon, which is also open to the public and is run by the Beauty Therapy and Hair and Barbering department. Opened in 2017, the Mike Taylor Barbering College [7] is a training barbers for barbering students which is also open to the public and run in partnership with leading UK barber Mike Taylor.
As well as a restaurant, salon and barbers, the College also has an Animal Discover Centre, air cabin crew training room, onsite professional nursery [8] (which is open to the public), a library, gym, science labs, large automotive workshop, three engineering workshops, lecture theatre and dedicated Art and Design studios.
Students are able to buy hot and cold food from an in-house catering outlet known as Taste BCoT who operate a refectory on the South Campus and a cafe on the North Campus.
Students have access to an onsite professional counsellor, nurse, careers centre and English and Maths support hub, as well as a dedicated personal tutor. [9]
Barnsley College is a further education college just outside the town centre of Barnsley, England. It has several campuses, including the SciTech Digital Innovation Centre and The Electric Theatre. The college provides A Levels, apprenticeships and vocational courses for students.
City of Bristol College is a further education and higher education college in Bristol, England.
WCG is the managing body that administers several colleges of further education in the English West Midlands, namely in the counties of Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Its most recent acquisition concerned its August 2016 merger with South Worcestershire College of which the two campuses then reverted to their historical names of Evesham College in Evesham and Malvern Hills College in Great Malvern. The merger makes it the largest group of further and adult education institutions in the country and one of the five colleges in the United Kingdom empowered by the Privy Council with the authority to award Foundation Degrees
Colchester Institute is a large provider of further and higher education based in the city of Colchester. Colchester Institute provides full-time and part-time courses for a wide variety of learners including 16 to 19 year olds, apprentices, adults, businesses and employers. Undergraduate and Postgraduate Higher Education courses are delivered through University Centre Colchester and validated by the University of East Anglia, University of Huddersfield and University of Essex.
Aylesbury College is a general further education college in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England. It educates students in a broad range of vocational fields, including Creative Arts, Health and Social Care, Hair and Beauty, Hospitality and Catering, Construction, Business and IT in addition to A Level and GCSE in its Sixth Form Centre.
West Cheshire College was a further education, vocational college in the North West of England. It had over 20,000 students at its two main campuses in Ellesmere Port and Chester as well as in workplaces and community venues. In March 2017 it was merged with South Cheshire College, based in Crewe, to form Cheshire College – South & West, which as of 2020 retains the Ellesmere Port and Chester campuses.

Selby College is a tertiary college, offering A Level courses through its Sixth Form Academy, work-related vocational courses, apprenticeships, business training and adult education courses. It is located in Selby, North Yorkshire, England. The College is a provider of A levels and vocational education for sixteen to eighteen year olds. Selby provides apprenticeships, higher education including foundation degrees, honours degrees and HND/HNC level qualifications as well as workforce training.

The College of North West London (CNWL) is a large further education college in north-west London, England. It was established in 1991 by the merger between Willesden Technical College and Kilburn Polytechnic in the London Borough of Brent. Today there are two campuses in the borough, in Willesden and Wembley Park, while a smaller training centre also exists in King's Cross in the borough of Camden. Over 11,000 students were enrolled at the college as of 2015.
Bexhill College is a sixth form college in the south-east of England. The college is based in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex and is located on Penland Road, north-east of the town centre. The college has maintained an Ofsted rating of Good in its Ofsted report since 2010, with its most recent being in 2019.

Wiltshire College & University Centre is a tertiary college of education founded in 2002 by the merger of Chippenham Technical College, Lackham College and Trowbridge College. Consolidation was completed with the merger of Salisbury College, which commenced in January 2008. In 2020-21 the institution offered over 1,000 courses and had approximately 3,300 full-time and 6,000 part-time students, with over 800 enrolled on degree-level courses.
