His most notable works include Beast Cops,Fist of Legend,Painted Skin,2000 AD and Legend of the Fist:The Return of Chen Zhen. In 2011 he announced and launched the productions for Mural,Four Detectives/Four Marshals,and Painted Skin 2. Though for Painted Skin 2 he dropped out as the director and the director's seat was given to Wuershan. His 1996 film First Option was entered into the 20th Moscow International Film Festival.
Legend of the Fist:The Return of Chen Zhen is a 2010 Hong Kong martial arts superhero film directed by Andrew Lau,who produced with Gordon Chan,who also wrote the screenplay with Cheung Chi-shing,Philip Lui and Frankie Tam. The film stars Donnie Yen as Chen Zhen,a role made famous by Bruce Lee in the 1972 film Fist of Fury. The film is a sequel to the 1994 film Fist of Legend,which starred Jet Li as Chen Zhen. Principal photography for Legend of the Fist:The Return of Chen Zhen began in November 2009 and ended in early February 2010;shooting took place in Shanghai,China. The film was shown out of competition during the opening night of the 67th Venice International Film Festival,and 2010 Toronto International Film Festival. The film was released in Chinese theatres on 21 September 2010 and two days later in Hong Kong on 23 September 2010.
Hu Xia is a Chinese singer,actor. He won the sixth season of Taiwan's One Million Star in 2010 and released his debut album Hu Love Xia later the year. Balala the Fairies:The Magic Trial,is a 2014 Chinese children's fantasy adventure film directed by Ren Yu and Hao Lui. It was released in China on 23 January. It is a live-action film adaptation of an animated magical girl series of the same name created by Guangzhou Toy company Auldey. It's the second film in the Balala the Fairies film series,following 2013's Balala the Fairies:the Movie. It was followed by 2015's Balala the Fairies:Princess Camellia.

Balala the Fairies,or Balala,Little Magic Fairy,is a Chinese magical girl metaseries created and produced by Alpha Group. Each series focuses on a group of magical girls fighting against evil and dark forces while following their ordinary lives and personal wishes. The first installment was the live-action series of the same name,which first aired in 2008. There were five seasons in total and 52 episodes.
