The district is bounded by Lillian Circle, Southeast Stetson Road, Southeast Mimosa Road, Southeast Earp Road and CSX RR tracks. It covers 300 acres (1.2 km2), and contains 44 buildings. On August 20, 1999, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

The Thomas Hart Benton Home and Studio State Historic Site is a state-owned property located at 3616 Belleview, Kansas City, Missouri, that preserves the house and studio of Missouri artist Thomas Hart Benton. The historic site was established in 1977 and is managed by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Tours are provided that show the furnished house and studio as Benton left it when he died on January 19, 1975. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
The Belleview-Biltmore Resort and Spa was a historic resort hotel located at 25 Belleview Boulevard in the town of Belleair, Florida, United States. The 350,000 square feet (33,000 m2) hotel structure was the last remaining grand historic hotel of its period in Florida that existed as a resort, and the only Henry Plant hotel still in operation when it closed in 2009. The building was noted for its architectural features, with its green sloped roof and white wood-sided exterior, and handcrafted woodwork and Tiffany glass inside. Constructed of native Florida heart pine wood, it was the second-largest occupied wooden structure in the United States after 1938; only the Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego was larger.

The Zweig Building is a historic commercial building in downtown Bellaire, Ohio, United States. Constructed in 1912, it is an early example of the Chicago school. Constructed of brick, the building sits on a stone foundation and is covered with an asphalt roof. Four stories tall, the facade is four bays wide and the side eight bays wide, with two windows in each bay on each floor. Prominent pilasters separating the bays, in which are placed glass display windows on the first floor, both front and side. To the rear, part of the basement is exposed, due to sloping ground. The Windsor Hotel, established to serve travellers on the Pennsylvania Railroad, was formerly located behind the Zweig. During the early twentieth century, the building was used by small businesses, such as dentists and jewellers.

Belleview is a historic plantation house located near Ridgeway, Henry County, Virginia. It was built about 1783, and is a two-story, five bay, frame dwelling with a gable roof. It has an original two-story ell and a sun porch and one-story wing added in the mid-1950s. The front facade features a two-tier portico supported by slender Greek Ionic order columns.
The Dr. Frank Finney House, at 608 Belleview Ave. in La Junta, Colorado, was built in 1899. It was a work of architect Walter Dubree and is designed in a generally Edwardian vernacular style but with Colonial Revival details. Also known as the Hofmann-Collins House, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
