Bharat Jadhav (born 12 December 1973 [1] ) is an Indian actor and producer in Marathi movies, theatre, and TV shows in India. He is the first actor of Marathi cinema to own a vanity van. He play Sahi re Sahi is the blockbuster the play has completed 4444 Shows which is the Huge record. he is best known for his comic roles as a leading man in commercial Hindi,Marathi cinema and theatre. Originally from Kolhapur, his family settled in Mumbai many years ago.[ when? ] Bharat’s childhood was spent in the courtyard (Chal) of Rajaram Studios in Lalbaug Parel. [3]

Bharat Jadhav became famous while acting with Ankush Chaudhari and Sanjay Narvekar in the Marathi stage play All The Best, which completed 3000 shows. [4] He later acted in the hit Marathi play Sahi re Sahi. [5] His performance in the song "Kombadi Palali" in the movie Jatra was lauded by fans. [6]

Jadav launched Bharat Jadhav Entertainment Pvt Ltd in 2013. [7] The launch function was attended by Raj Thackeray, Nikhil Wagle, Sachin Pilgaonkar, Mahesh Manjrekar, Siddarth Jadhav, Makarand Anaspure, Jaywant Wadkar, Prachi Cheulkar, Kiran Shantaram, and Anjan Shrivastav. [8]

Career

He has acted in more than 85 movies, 8 serials, and has been involved in more than 8,500 drama shows. [9] He is considered as a close friend of producer and director Kedar Shinde. [10] [11]

Stage plays

Jadhav began his acting career in 1985 when he joined Maharashtrachi Lokdhara dance troupe, under the guidance of Shahir Sable. [9]

He has done multiple Marathi Plays and is known for his roles in All the Best, Sahi Re Sahi, Shrimanta Damodar Panta, All The Best, Amchya Sarkhe Amhich, Dhant Dhan, and Tu Tu Me Me

Movies

He has acted in many Marathi movies, like Khabardar , Shikshanachya Aaicha Gho , Sade Made Teen, No Entry Pudhe Dhoka Aahe, and more. He made a guest appearance in Me Shivaji Raje Boltoy, Agabai Arrecha, and Vaastav. [12]

Hasa Chakatfu, [13] [14] Saheb Biwi Ani Me (along with Girish Oak, Neelam Shirke) are serials in which he was part of the cast.

In 2016, Bharat hosted a comedy show Aali Lahar Kela Kahar on Colors Marathi. [10] [15] [16]

"Chikni Chameli" is a song from the 2012 Indian Hindi action drama film Agneepath, directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar. A remake of Marathi song "Kombadi Palali" from the 2006 film Jatra: Hyalagaad Re Tyalagaad. The song was first revealed on 16 December 2011 and features Katrina Kaif as the lead, along with Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt. The song was sung by Shreya Ghoshal and the dance choreographed by Ganesh Acharya.

Hou de Kharcha is an internet meme in the Marathi language, originating in the state of Maharashtra, India. Its Facebook page and Google app appeared in 2013. The literal translation of Hou de kharcha is "let there be expenditure", analogous to the American English phrase "make it rain". The meme usually consists of an image of a person appearing triumphant, with a caption congratulating them on achieving petty materialistic milestones such as "Buying Shoes", "Light Diwali Crackers With", or "Buying an Enfield Bullet by Way of a Loan". The meme arose in mockery of the practice of Indian politicians erecting large numbers of hoardings (billboards) in order to announce minor or routine events.

Jatra is a 2005 Indian Marathi-language comedy film directed and written by Kedar Shinde. The music was composed by the duo Ajay–Atul, and features the songs "Kombadi Palali" and "Ye Go Ye Ye Maina", the melodies of which were repurposed for "Chikni Chameli" and "Mera Naam Mary Hai" from the Hindi films Agneepath and Brothers respectively; both films were remakes directed by Karan Malhotra for Dharma Productions.
