Early life

Sanders was born and raised in Hogansville, Georgia, and played high school football at Callaway High School. [1] He committed to play college football at Ole Miss on February 1, 2017. [2]

Miami Dolphins

Sanders was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent on April 30, 2022, shortly after the conclusion of the 2022 NFL draft. [5] He was waived by the Dolphins on August 30, and re-signed to the practice squad. [6] [7] In Week 7 against the Detroit Lions, Sanders made his NFL debut, catching two passes for 17 yards but also losing a fumble. [8] He signed a reserve/future contract on January 16, 2023. [9]

On August 29, 2023, Sanders was waived by the Dolphins and re-signed to the practice squad. [10] [11] He signed a reserve/future contract on January 15, 2024. [12]

Sanders was waived/injured by the Dolphins on August 27, 2024, and placed on injured reserve. [13] He was waived on September 4. [14]

New England Patriots

On October 29, 2024, Sanders was signed to the New England Patriots practice squad. [15]
