James "Buck" Stevens (born March 11, 1977) is an American professional stock car racing driver who last competed in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 44 Ford for Ferrier McClure Racing.
In 2018, Stevens attempted to make his debut in the ARCA Racing Series at the Illinois State Fairgrounds dirt track, driving the No. 06 Dodge for Wayne Peterson Racing, where he was forced to withdraw after blowing an engine during the lone practice session. [1] He returned with the team to the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds dirt track, this time driving a Ford, where after starting 21st and last, he went on to finish fourteenth due to transmission issues. For the following year, Stevens was originally scheduled to drive at Springfield for the team, this time driving the No. 0 Ford, but was replaced by team-owner Wayne Peterson. [2]
In 2022, Stevens returned to the series at Springfield, this time driving the No. 44 Ford for Ferrier McClure Racing. [3] [4] After placing thirteenth in the lone practice session, [5] Stevens officially started nineteenth due to qualifying being rained out, and went on to finish seventeenth due to overheating issues. [6] [7] He returned with the team at DuQuoin, [8] where after starting eighteenth due to practice and qualifying being cancelled due to rain, [9] he went on to finish in twentieth due to suffering a crash on the fourth lap of the race.
Stevens has also competed in series such as the Pro Fabrication Mid-East 604 Late Modelsand, the Renegades of Dirt Modified Tour, the Mid-East Modified Tour, the Southeast Dirt Modified Series, and the American Racer Modifieds. [10]

The Southern Illinois 100 is an ARCA Menards Series stock car race held annually on the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds Racetrack during the DuQuoin State Fair on Labor Day weekend.
Joshua White is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East, driving the No. 03 Ford for Clubb Racing Inc. He has also competed in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in the past. White is a former lance corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and is believed to be the second U.S. Marine to compete in a NASCAR national series event.

The race was held on Sunday, September 5, in Du Quoin, Illinois at the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds Racetrack, a 1 mile (1.6 km) permanent clay oval-shaped track at the DuQuoin State Fair. The race took 104 laps to complete due to an overtime finish. At race's end, Landen Lewis of Rette Jones Racing would dominate the race, leading every lap en route to his first career ARCA Menards Series win. To fill out the podium, Ty Gibbs of Joe Gibbs Racing and Ken Schrader of Fast Track Racing would finish second and third respectively.

The race was scheduled to be held on Sunday, September 4, 2022, but due to inclement weather, the race would later be held on Monday, September 5, in Du Quoin, Illinois at The DuQuoin State Fairgrounds Racetrack, a 1 mile (1.6 km) permanent oval-shaped dirt track. The race was decreased from 100 laps to 78 laps, due to inclement weather. In a dominating fashion, Ryan Unzicker, driving for Hendren Motorsports, held off Jesse Love for his second career ARCA Menards Series win, and his first of the season. This was also a special win, as Unzicker's team owner, Bill Hendren, is going to retire after the 2022 season. This was their last scheduled race. To fill out the podium, Sammy Smith, driving for Kyle Busch Motorsports, would finish in 3rd, respectively.
